Guitar Center: Took all my $$$$$ for a Custom Martin guitar. They charged me twice, then relisted my guitar, and ghosted me! No trust... The order numbers: GCW7611389657 GC23097081I wrote to YourVoice at Guitar Center and they never even bothered to respond to my message! To add insult to injury they have pasted a generic message to this message! Muppets!

I’m a fitness trainer and…

I’m a fitness trainer and have bought close to 30,000 points in one year. Right after my leg surgery, I ordered a hoodie that was defective. It didn’t have the white lining on the hood. I called and sent pics to Adidas. They said I had to return to get this corrected. I told them no problem but I can’t drive because of my surgery. The only other option was for me to have it picked up at a cost of $10 to me. After ordering close to $5000 in gear, you would think they would have been excepting and either refunded me or sent a correct shirt. But they wouldn’t work with me. They lost a really good customer over an error they wouldn’t correct.

Lost all trust in adidas.

How can a company send you a completely wrong item, (so I received a football instead of a pair of socks) then tell me 3-5 working days for refund but now on day 10 and still no refund or correspondence. Spoke to support and they just don’t seem interested. Very very poor from adidas.

Parler is amazing

Unlike another post, Parler is easier than twitter to use. You do have an option to delete. It's on the right of each post. You can write an essay instead of a few words. It's much easier to connect with people. No harassment or bullying allowed. And complete freedom of speech. It's easier to find the messages under the post all round much better than Twitter

Now it is a place for scams

This used to be a fantastic place for new gadgets. I had several good experiences in the past.Suddenly, we started to have projects that make the required funds and some more and either delay the delivery or just disappear. Storaxa was one of these, they made a lot of money, beyond their expectations, made some more offering addons and upgrades, then started to not fulfil their obligations, and while people started to complain, KS just played dead, send us all their "Not my problem" canned message and that was it.There was a recent instance where the campaign had pictures of a commercial product and it was debunked in no time by the possible backers and finally KS pulled it out.They are now a disservice to crowdfunding and deserve not to make any more money from it.

What is happening recently?

I'm using Deepl for years but recently is horrible. Since introduced next-gen and classic modes they randomly switch while translating. I want classic, it stays for half hour and suddenly refreshes to next-gen. Or I click on word to see other options and it re-translates all text instead of showing other words. Absolute nonsence, no idea what I'm paying premium for! Not even mentioning that suddenly there are lots of mistakes, it doesn't recognise genders anymore, words are misspelled often. Very dissapointed. Sort it out for once.

Not a fan of Subscription & Points

By offering free items each week I have a look again at what is available, and just made a recent purchase. I never quite understood the subscription and points and liked Creative Mkt before this was instated. Back then I probably spent a couple $1000 dollars overall. While I no longer need a great deal, the subscription stopped my impulse buys. I don't know if others were like me when I stopped buying much. I enjoy making cards & writing to friends, so I'm not using anything commercially and in truth, only buy because the artwork is quite attractive.

Bol used to be good... But Not Anymore...

I am a regular and Loyal Bol customer. I prefer them to others coz they are reliable... have always been... But is it still true?.. More and more often I feel like I am ordering from Aliexpress when dealing with Bol... Scam non-verified sellers, noone follows up on non-delivered items, Zero aftersales support... Sad... I wish team makes an effort to reestablish their standards...

I'm disappointed in your Venmo team.

I'm disappointed in your Venmo team.. First of all i registered for the account, then I got my account and routing numbers which I used to set up a direct deposit... Before I did that I clicked on my identity verification and it was saying that my identity has been successfully verified,!!!! I did that numerous times!!!! Then I clicked on my tax verification and it was saying that my identity has been successfully verified!!!! After like two weeks i was not able to see my account and routing number anymore so i send a message to the support team and they were super unfriendly and they told me that my account was frozen. I had no idea about that because I never received any notification from Venmo! Nothing was showing on my app or on my email... Right after I asked why they didn't notify me about any problem with my account they sent me an email saying that they did notify me about my account being frozen on August 6, which is not true!!! I never received any notification on August 6th.... on top of that they are accusing me for some kind of suspicious activity even if I did not use Venmo at all!!!!! And now I'm not able to close my account and I'm not able to login or anything!!!!! That is all about this jokers Venmo community or Circus Venmo community!!!!!! Who do i contact about situation like this???

Adele Concert Savers

Songkick were so fantastic with helping us when we left our tickets behind for the Adele concert. We were so stressed and worried we would miss the concert but they were so quick to reply and kept us up to date with how they were going on getting us new tickets. They were so efficient and had new tickets waiting at the office when the doors opened and it was all a very easy and stress free process. We can't thank you enough!!!

Urgent Complaint: Damaged Replacement Phone and Poor Customer Service Experience

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with SAMSUNG. As a loyal customer, I have always trusted Samsung to deliver high-quality products and services. However, the handling of my recent issue with my Samsung Fold 4 has been extremely disappointing.After encountering a problem with my Samsung Fold 4, I was relieved to know that my Samsung Care Plus coverage would provide a replacement phone. Unfortunately, when I received the replacement device, I was appalled to find that it had multiple dents and scratches on all corners, as well as a scratch on the back of the camera lens, which affected the device's functionality.Despite being assured that a new replacement phone would be sent to me every day for a week, no replacement phone arrived, nor did I receive any confirmation. When I called again to follow up, I was informed that the replacement would not be issued because the scratches were deemed "minor."I expressed my dissatisfaction to a supervisor and indicated that I would refuse to accept the damaged phone. The supervisor then informed me that if I refused the phone, my plan would be canceled and my device would not be repaired.This level of service is unacceptable and far below the standards I have come to expect from Samsung. I am extremely disappointed with the way my case has been handled and the poor customer service I have received.

I love all the resources on the website but the site is so slow and crashes all the time! I have to close it and open it several times to get the content I need, I also have to clear cache and/or close the browser.

Cengage is an awful program, it is only used by professors who are too lazy to create their own curriculum and tests.There should be some sort of oversite to ensure that these programs that are forced upon students meet some sort of basic standard
