Review of ea
The amount of times I have to log in to my account, no matter how many times I select remember me, is ridiculous. Not to mention the amount of times the app demands me to submit a verification code... HELLO, the password is my verification!! Why do I have to verify twice?? I know EA will say that this is to prevent people from sharing accounts so they don't have to pay for games twice but maybe, just maybe, if your games weren't so extortionately priced and didn't possess more bugs than content - people might be more willing to put down their hard earned money for them. Greed and corruption. Your customers aren't numbers, they're people.

Why debit credit card before shipping out first? It's been several days and order just sits there without any updates. Company does not answer the phone nor do they answer emails. At least I can charge back and never buy from this company again. I'm sure Town Shoes won't be the last to shut down.

Review of Canva
Canva is glitchy at times and a little overpriced and the galleries need updating. But it does have some nice features and I was reasonably happy with it until my last two customer service experiences. In both instances, I contacted customer service, explained the issue I was having and sent screen shots to illustrate. I was then asked to record a video of myself using the editor, upload it and send them the link. After submitting video 1, I was asked for a second video. All I was trying to do was report a bug! I ended up doing my project in GIMP. Which was much easier. I am no longer a paid user.
Review of cancerresearchuk
I had trouble buying the stand up for cancer star baker apron, but eventually managed. I ordered in fggo time for a birthday gift.My expectations for the CRUK brand were high as I respected their work. However, this was peroved to be totally missplaced. The 5 to 7 day delivery came an went. No communication at all to let me know. I emailed and was told it was a Royal Mail error and it had happened to many. Looked at the tracking number they eventually send and RM has not had it yet. I called almost 20 days after the order to be told, there is nothing they can do, they have no idea where it is etc, etc. A completed customer service rail crash. Angry and frustrated an dweill NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. All donations will stop also.
Review of wsj
I gave a gift subscription to a friend. WSJ put the wrong name (the name of someone I do not know) on the mailing label. I had to call 4 times to get the name corrected. Customer service admitted the mistake but had no explanation and never apologized. WSJ would not send my gift recipient a note in the mail advising of my gift. They only send email confirmations and my gift recipient does not want her email shared. I will not give another subscription to the WSJ. Extremely poor customer service.

Review of songkick
I bought my tickets for the Adele concert in Atlanta through Songkick. Once I put in my artists, they let me know Adele was coming and purchasing what I wanted was simple. So simple in fact, I got front row AND SHE WAS AMAZING. Songkick, your support team helped me when I lost my info and I couldn't be more pleased with them. I'll be buying from you and advise everyone to do the same. You won't be sorry you did!

Misleading Referral Program & Unethical PracticesI participated in Coinbase's referral program, following all the stated requirements to receive the promised rewards. However, despite my referees completing the necessary steps—including verification and transactions—I was later informed that I did not qualify due to vague and undisclosed criteria.I had also guided other users into completing their referral rewards and they have all received their rewards accordingly. Coinbase’s handling of referral rewards appears to be deliberately biased against those who bring in a higher number of referrals. Despite following all the stated requirements, I received nothing, while another user with fewer referrals was fully rewarded. This pattern suggests that Coinbase may be selectively denying payouts to those who have successfully referred more people, possibly to minimize their payout obligations while still benefiting from the increased platform activity. Such unethical behavior raises serious concerns about their referral program being a bait-and-switch scheme rather than a genuine incentive.Customer support initially confirmed that I would receive my rewards, only to later deny them with inconsistent justifications. Meanwhile, others who did not even verify their accounts received their full bonuses. To make matters worse, Coinbase introduced new "eligibility conditions" that were never outlined in their terms and conditions, such as an unexplained "email age score" used to reject rewards. This company misleads users with deceptive promotions, contradicts its own support agents, and fails to honor its commitments. If you're considering using Coinbase for any incentive programs, be warned—there is no guarantee they will honor their own terms. To make matters worse, Coinbase charges some of the highest platform fees in the industry while randomly freezing accounts and assets without warning or proper justification. Their referral program appears to be nothing more than a scheme to encourage users to deposit and trade—generating high fees for Coinbase—only to deny them their promised rewards at the end. This predatory behavior takes advantage of users and destroys any trust in their platform.A company of this scale should not be misleading its users with ever-changing terms, nor should it fail to honor its own promotions. If Coinbase cannot maintain a fair and trustworthy system, how can users have confidence in their platform?I strongly urge others to be cautious when engaging with Coinbase’s promotions, as their customer service provides inconsistent information, and there appears to be no accountability when they fail to deliver on their promises.Would not recommend. Stay away.Look up their coinbase referral rewards on reddit and you woudnt think twice to walk away !

Such an easy way to contribute to creators - and one of the simplest to set up on. Also, when an issue arose (due to a silly mistake on my part), the Support team responded promptly and fixed it (thank you, Anaswara!)

Review of abebooks
Total rip-off, the seller sent an email the day after I ordered demanding twice as much postage, claiming it was a heavy book. They knew perfectly well it was a heavy book to start with, so they're obviously hoping to bait you with a good price, the extract a load more from you afterwards.
