Hi hi I recommend to go somewhere else this is the most frauded place I ever was in business with there's a manager there and a guy who you haven't experienced with chargebacks they will hold your money for over 2 years and not even say anything about it they keep telling you everything's okay after eight months you keep calling them and calling them and calling them that is the God's truth my experience with him is lack of communications they'll send you a bill for $10,000 after you win all your cases and tell you they want you to pay them $5,000 they try to take make a bribe with me stating that all I need to do is pay them $5,000 and they'll clean my record up after so many attempts trying to get win all my cases and get my money back they end up keeping all my money and not even trying to call me or anything like that after I call them over a hundred times throughout the time to get my processing and they will not return my money after I want all my cases do not go with this company they will stick you hard the worst company that you ever had out there trust me Braintree is with PayPal they are partners with each other if you have going with them and they won't even help you through the process stay clear stay out of a hundred away from them what I'm saying to you they are crooked !!!! Thank you 😊 this is a true story not no fake reviews

Several emails and two representatives just to get a crappy rate quote. Don't waste your time if you're a company processing $250k/mo--maybe more.

The api documentations is absolute…

The api documentations is absolute chaos.Crucial information are not being mentioned while stupid stuff is getting repeated thousend times. References to other parts of the documentations are often not related to what you read earlier and examples sometimes don't work!It's by far the worst API I ever worked with.

Company violates their own policy

Company violates their own policy. Has frozen PayPal account for a $25 fee when there is thousands of dollars in the PayPal account and refused to release it. I’ve never seen such a dishonest company especially in the financial industry. How is this company allowed to continue?

Awful

Awful, tried to set up an account to use Braintree to link up with my site. Its the only option for me to connect my site to collect card payments and declined for some unknown reason.

Absolutely shocking company to use

Absolutely shocking company to use! Apparently I had 2 separate fraudulent carding attacks on my platform (mind you these transactions never even showed up on my dashboard/was not processed through the system and didn;t even show on my Braintree account!!) and they tried to claim I owe them over $4k for almost 3500 transactions. When I asked them for proof and details and how this could possibly happen they had couldn't justify it or provide the information so the first time they kept trying to tell me to transfer the funds directly to their account and when they realised I was not going to fall for it then they dropped the case. The second time the carding attack supposedly happened they also couldn't provide me proof and so I decided to end my relationship and not pay them a single cent because of the complete extortion methods they were adopting to steal money from me for transactions that I was not even aware of and IF they actually were attempted, Braintree's gateway is so flawed that it even processed such carding attacks since my platform didn't even process/register these orders!! They are now threatening me with legal action to try to bully me into paying for this, however I am prepared to fight until the very end as they are a SCAM! I have now switched to Stripe Pay and so far it is AMAZING!!
