A few major issues i have reported multiple ads tgat when you click on them it pops up either to a porn site or flashes a message your pc is infected with a virus. i know better than to click on anything in that window however my mom got scammed. so far 7 reports all of them i got messages back that rhey don't violate community standards. i do have a video i wish trust pilot allowed you to upload them

The BBC should no longer be funded by licence fees. They have set agendas that do not reflect the views of the population. Their news stories are full of propaganda supporting their agenda and not truth. Take public funding away and the BBC will learn they are not supported by British population! Supporting and enabling child abuse for years and still don't change their ways! Not British broadcasting in the best interest of the British public.

Aldi shopping price hike

Just watched a story on the 6pm BBC national news. Where they allowed a story of an ethnic woman's experience of shopping in Aldi. She said last week her shopping cost £50 while this week due to price increases it was now £120. How the hell did that get allowed into the national news? I'm sure Aldi would have something to say about it.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They withheld money from me after saying that they did not receive the transaction. I even had email evidence that they sent the money but Venmo said that it was not in their account. 🙄 SUCH an Inconvenience.

Auto renewal charged £336 without warning

Like somone below I also had a similar experience with Typeform renewals.No notification that my account was about to be renewed on an annual plan and the cost associated with this. First thing I know about it is a notification saying £336 has been taken from my bank account. I was on the free student plan so this was a surprise, and a lot of money!While using the product, I had an ok experience - it did the job for my needs and is why this is 2 stars not 1- but I am astounded at the surprise charge. All other companies remind their customers their account will be renewed and the charge associated with this; giving them time to cancel or downgrade if needed.

Poor service, they could do much better

It's a shame as i do really like the clothes. Some of my order did not fit, sizes are strange so naturally bought a few to see what would fit. Worse returns policy and service ever. Extortionate charge of £9 for returns, almost unheard of. Poor customer service. For a big company it's really disappointing . Big let down and won't be buying again and can't recommend. Unless you know your size for sure simply best to avoid.

I’ve been trying to cancel an Apple TV subscription I no longer want, but I’m locked out of my account due to a broken security verification process. Even after passing all steps, the “Continue” button does nothing. I’m stuck in a loop I can’t escape—and I’m being charged $14.55 CAD every month.I contacted Apple Support multiple times. Their “solution”? Cancel your bank card. That was their only advice. No workaround. No fix. Nothing.I’ve now: Spoken with multiple agents Submitted a BBB complaint Escalated it formallyAnd Apple’s final response? “Our position remains unchanged, and the matter is closed.”They have refused to cancel the subscription or refund the charges, even though I literally can’t access the service or stop the billing due to their own broken systems.
