All those giving this company such great reviews, is a wonder why they will not improve. It's nice about your wonderful bargains and getting shoes that fit your narrow to medium feet. How about wide feet matters? Why not challenge them for discriminating against people with wide feet?Good for you that you're happy with DSW, sad others cannot share in your glory. I compare you to customers who are so happy with bargains from certain companies, who get their supplies from third world countries, where they have people work as slaves and in the most deplorable conditions leading to bad health and deaths, so that you can enjoy a nice bargain. What a world?

Simple to use!

Well, I most say that Brevo is better than mailchimp. I have more than 10 years with mailchimp, but Brevo is far more simple. In few minutes you are ready to push your business in all directions. Create mailshots, import contacts, everything is very simple and intuitive.

Frustrating wait for package that never arrived!

Ordered an item via Amazon Prime with a next day delivery. Got a delivery window so made sure I was at home for the beginning of my time slot as it was something I needed for the following day. The delivery time kept getting put back but finally I was showing as the next stop and the driver was within half a mile according to the map tracker. However, the driver seemed to be stuck at an address for upwards of an hour then next time I checked, was on the other side of town but still within half a mile - this time the tracker advised that other deliveries were being made before mine, despite previously being the next stop. It got tantalisingly close again then started heading north out of town, but allegedly was still going to be delivered today. I doubted this once it carried on heading north and into another county! I called Amazon and was able to speak to an operator pretty quickly who checked the situation and told me my package was apparently damaged and would now be coming out tomorrow. In fairness he was very helpful and apologetic and made a note that I’d need a morning delivery so that I could make use of the item I’d ordered. I won’t be holding my breath given the debacle today - I was stuck in my house from early afternoon to early evening because despite their whizzy tracking system, it fails to advise customers that an item won’t be delivered. If I’d known I could’ve left my house and got on with other things that needed doing. Amazon - surely you can introduce an option for the delivery driver to let a customer know if there’s a problem with a delivery so we’re not left waiting in vain?? I did get a refund of my last month’s prime membership as compensation and would give customer service 5 stars for their helpfulness 👍Update - of course my parcel didn’t arrive the following day (Saturday 28th) despite saying it was out for delivery. Got conflicting messages on the tracker, one of which said it’d arrive on Monday 30th. It then randomly turned up on Sunday 29th. Amazon are usually pretty good so hope this is just a blip.

They use UPS to deliver to the UK, so awful delivery.... if it ever gets delivered that is.

Could be faster in manufacture, but delivery is an issue.An item was ordered for me as a present, which Shapeways produce on behalf of an American seller.The order was shipped and there was some confusion over import duties as my sister paid from within the EU. Whilst terrible trade arrangements for UK citizens is not Shapeways fault, clarity on the checkout page would of perhaps prevented confusion.The choice of UPS leaves the customer at the mercy of UPS's shark practices and theft.Until they use a courier who actually deliver the goods Shapeways it will remain difficult using them.I have contacted Shapeways customer service and received a helpful and quick reply.

LEGO Sucks

I ordered the BTTF Time Machine set and love it. My mother wanted to give one as a gift. So I tried to order it for her and my order got canceled. Fair enough. It says 1 per household. So she went ahead and ordered it (to her address), and it was cancelled. The reason was she was over the purchase limit. How's that? She has never ordered before. What a terrible company.

Agoda is taking us for a ride

Agoda is taking us for a ride. They provide misguiding pictures with which we make bookings and then it’s impossible to cancel the reservation on arrival to get your refund and find a better hotel. I loved the app but very disappointed.

The company is completely unorganized and unreliable. I booked an accommodation 3 months in advance and they cancelled to me just 5 days before my stay during Christmas time. It happened 2 times already with my bookings. Do not trust them.

My feeling about the National Trust

Personally, I've always supported the National Trust and been a member for some time. I understand they are having problems at the moment because of Covid as I've experienced during recent visits, and really want to help. That said, I'm really unhappy that they have chosen to rubbish our history with this 'anti-slavery' report and am seriously considering whether I should continue my membership. The report is one sided and nothing is presented in context. Slavery, black or white, was the norm in the past and who are we to judge the past by today's standards. The vast majority of the British population at the time lived in poverty, where is that mentioned? I also find it offensive that national heros such as Churchill are criticised. Where's the balance? What about all the good things he did like saving Europe from the Nazis? The National Trust should be putting history in context, not putting out one sided reports designed to trash our history and historic figures.

Horrible

The HP pavillion x360 has literally so many issues and customer support is absolutely useless. The laptop is also useless for anything other than school (and It's slow for that too). If you think you're going to do even a little bit of gaming with this laptop, THINK AGAIN. Can't even play simple games. All that money for what? Wish I could return it.

Product never worked. Never was able to download anything to it. Thought I signed up for a free service and then was billed and had paid $119.98 for nothing. Tried to disbute the payment but paypal made me pay it. I am a senior citzen on social security don't need to give away money. What a rip off.

Hi hi I recommend to go somewhere else this is the most frauded place I ever was in business with there's a manager there and a guy who you haven't experienced with chargebacks they will hold your money for over 2 years and not even say anything about it they keep telling you everything's okay after eight months you keep calling them and calling them and calling them that is the God's truth my experience with him is lack of communications they'll send you a bill for $10,000 after you win all your cases and tell you they want you to pay them $5,000 they try to take make a bribe with me stating that all I need to do is pay them $5,000 and they'll clean my record up after so many attempts trying to get win all my cases and get my money back they end up keeping all my money and not even trying to call me or anything like that after I call them over a hundred times throughout the time to get my processing and they will not return my money after I want all my cases do not go with this company they will stick you hard the worst company that you ever had out there trust me Braintree is with PayPal they are partners with each other if you have going with them and they won't even help you through the process stay clear stay out of a hundred away from them what I'm saying to you they are crooked !!!! Thank you 😊 this is a true story not no fake reviews
