This company is a nightmare! They are trying to cover their own incompetence by COVID crisis. Of course the delays are understandable because everything is slightly crazy now but that’s not the problem at all. I want to complain about ignoring the customers but customer service. They are also lying and not even trying to help anyone. My first and last order with this company. It’s better to walk barefoot on broken glass than buy anything from them.They are not answering for simple questions and sending stupid emails and useless offers. The entire communication with these people doesn’t make a sense. They don’t care about anyone and anything. They expecting to leave them alone they only.Whoever is in charge of this company should review the policies, should change the strategy of hiring and the should gain more money and don’t loose them everywhere by incompetence of own employees.

I have no idea why it scores so badly. For just £25 a year, all the adverts can be removed. I have no trouble finding a partner for a good game. I particularly like the game analysis and the statistics and graphs. Other than the occasional bounce of the servers, and the fact that just 2 minutes inactivity causes the game to be lost, I can't fault it.

Do not take this software. It is so badly absurd that this is on the market. Website doesn't work at all, support you only have chat, doesn't work either. If you call they can only help UK customers. While I am not a customer yet. I get randomly hung up on the phone by the first employee. Costs me all so much energy for nothing. I try to make a HK account, you need a HK phone number for it, surely a software like this must know that for a HK company you can also have a phone number from other countries

Completely frustrating and a waste of time. Made a reservation but could never log into my account and it won't allow me to create a new one with my phone number. Absolutely no way to speak with a human being to resolve the problem. 3 weeks later and I still can't get in. Once you automate something to the point where you offer ZERO customer service, you no longer deserve to have a business!

Google Nest thermastat 3rd Gen stopped working after 13 months. Doesn't pick up WiFi. Now won't charge through the Dock and shuts down due to low power. I have to disconnect from the Dock to charge for 1hr. Whilst it's not on the Dock you cannot control the heating. Very expensive product that does not work. Came with nest mini, this has never worked properly. Sadly these are common issues and yet Google continues to sell the product at a premium.

My husband and I went to Jamaica Blue in Telford Our first ever visit. Firstly we had to clear our own table, which to be fair was not a problem, the restaurant was busy. It had a nice buzz going with customers from across the age range. My husband went to the counter with our order, and also asked for someone to please come to cleanse the table.We waited around 15-20 mins for our herbal teas and My husbands coffee cake to arrive, unfortunately the fork provided with the cake was dirty, he went back up to the counter and asked for it to be changed, which they with no problem.ten minutes after our teas, our food orders arrived, looking absolutely delicious, but we received no cutlery. We waited a couple minutes before I went up to the counter and asked for cutlery for my husband and myself, I also requested a plastic cup of hot water, which was just as well because the cutlery had not been cleaned properly.The food was lovely but the cutlery experience put us off, we will not be going back to Jamaica Blue. Such a shame because the food was really good. If the cutlery is dirty then what else is in their kitchen.

It needs to totally overhauled, let's start by defunding the BBC so it achieves its revenues on its own merit.

I purchased 4 items, and the sellers provided fake tracking numbers the weights and delivery addresses do not match my orders. The parcels were clearly delivered to completely different addresses, something that is plainly visible on the official postal website. And AliExpress?Unbelievably, they keep claiming I received the packages, completely ignoring the fact that the shipments were delivered elsewhere. Even an idiot can see the address mismatch between AliExpress and the courier’s records. So why are they pretending not to see it? Because that’s how they rob their customers.I want to file a legal complaint against them — they even refuse to provide their legal information in Europe. This is theft. Recommend we need In Europe and US report them to the police never mind the money they stole, how much it is. Do the right job, guys.

I have been a premium Spotify user for years (3 or more). Suddenly my account would not log in and there was a weird "loop" that kept taking me back to the sign in page. Customer no service finds my account now goes to some unknown person's email and Facebook. They close my account (so I can no longer link by Facebook or email). I set it up (as they instruct me to) in another email and they promise to upload my playlists to the new account but "it will take up to 48 hours". BTW this took almost 2 hours on chat!

The driver never showed up although he said he was looking for me. No way to contact him and the help service on the website doesn't bring up this problem. So they get a no show fee when they went to the wrong address. I'll never use them again.

SUCKS because I have an Android and an Apple, I just got them both, so I do not know how to use them, I looked it up...: When you have a problem with your Android phone, you can try online forums or calling your carrier. But with the iPhone, you can tap into a vast database of useful help articles on Apple's website, get help via live chat, or you can schedule an appointment at an Apple Store Genius Bar. Google doesn't have this kind of direct relationship with its customers. With Android, you’re on your own.Overall, I recommend Apple over Android.

I was on vacation and lost my card. I was a customer for 25 years and a good one. I called to report the card lost while on a trip and requested a replacement. They said they ran out of 4-digit card numbers (they change the last 4 digits of the card for replacements) Dah!!! There are more number on the card number to change??? So there resolution was to reapply for a new card altogether!!!!!! Start all over applying for a new card was the solution while on vacation. I have been a customer forever, don’t they have that info. It would take 5 days they said to approve the application. They used to overnight lost cards. No appreciation for loyal customers. Thank goodness I had other cards on me for this trip. Not surprised about all the bad reviews. I cancelled my card on the spot and they could care less. They do not care about their customers!
