Please, please, please venues, don’t use this not so shiny show of a company. As if it wasn’t bad enough that I ended up paying twice for a ticket and spent precious time (that should have been spent with a visitor) trying to sort it, I find there is actually NOBODY to speak to and the bot system sends you round and round and round and round and round the houses achieving absolutely nothing. This company should not be allowed to rip people and venues off. But since that’s what they appear to be doing, the best thing is for venues and organisers to STOP using them, then they would go out of business

Very Pathetic behavior from Service providers they always promise to complete maintenance tomorrow but tomorrow never comes - If you guys don't want to provide service why don't you people simply say that you're not capable of concluding? There is no point of providing warranties or Service features it that is never going to happen.

It’s latest poor report indicates this organisation sold itself to the highest bidder, and is keen to pay little attention to the facts or giving true accounts of the events, while paying more attention to pushing a specific agenda with a view to suite propaganda and manipulate people. Shameful.

Sent crypto to my crypto wallet and sold it and then they put my $ on hold for 5 days because "system randomly does that for security purposes". Wasn't close to hitting my limits or breaking any guidelines. Called and they can't and won't unlock your funds because they can't do anything about it. Super sketchy they can hold your funds for absolutely no given reason at all. I Tried to get my crypto back or pay whatever fee to get my funds but no. The real reason Venmo doing this to make a couple bucks off your money that they hold hostage. This is criminal behavior.

I order samsung - 7.4 cu. ft. Smart Electric Dryer with Steam Sanitize+ in Ivory along with the washer on Nov.28,2022, and since then the scheduled delivery date (Dec. 17) has been postponed, again, again, once again, unexpected delayed. I had reached out twice to get my washer finally delivered at Jan.7, 2023. And I had communicated with Samsung's online representatives additional 3 times regarding the dryer, but still don't know the dryer's scheduled delivery date at this moment. But every time I talked to someone, I was told my order would be handled within two or three days, but it turned out nothing happened. It's the worst online purchasing experience I had ever encountered. I'm start to thinking whether should I cancel the order and return the washer. I could tell what kind of Samsung's service will be in the future.

Employing! Jumping for Joy! When I switched to the iMac OS X computer for work, the first application I installed was Parallels Desktop. The application helped to alleviate a specific PC dependency. My favorite design software (tool) is not available for iMac OS X. The VM was installed with Windows 10 PRO. All the features, tools, and settings are there. It works, and the depth of integration is "Awesomely Fantabulous." A Coherence mode merges them into a single desktop. Your Control Panel lets you adjust the level of integration you want. And Today? I enjoy the freedom to select which is the best software/app (tools) for me and how I work, not because of the operating system I'm using.

I Experienced rude comments from a presenter, while asking serious questions on some of their live courses.I normally don't do anything about it, but because I experienced it more than once from the same presenter I tried contacting oreilly support, which gave me unserious reply back.Their content is more expensive than other places, so at least they can be more professional would help a little.Unfortunately, oreilly responded back that they where trying to give a general response back, but it was clearly addressed specifically to me and noone else on that call. So that's clearly not true

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Great product, but terrible service.I had to write to them four times to get the newsletter to work - each time they didn’t get back to me and I had to start from the beginning again.Well before my first billing period ran out I tried to cancel - but it’s impossible on the site (very bad experience). So I wrote them an email that I’d like to cancel. No answer. Now I’ve written three more times to confirm but haven’t heard back. The only think I’ve heard from them is they stated the next billing cycle.Very frustrated and would never recommend anyone buy anything from them.

Discusting behaviour by Amex.My card suddenly stopped working on a day my wife was stranded with my 3 year daughter with only her Amex on her. Called Amex to find put what was going on to be told my account was under review. No letter or No email. Would never have know if I never made the call.Asking to see my bank statements to prove I earned to 50k per year i stated on my application. My statements were always paid in full up to this point. I Provided the information requested to them to then receive a letter in the post to say I was in breach and there was nothing I could do to rectify the issue. No explanation as to what the breach was. Tried to contact them on numerous occasions to be onnhold for over 1.5 hours every time. Totally unacceptable amd Discusting behaviour. Stay well clear.
