Placed my order online. Received email saying “order confirmed.” Today checked status of my order and it’s showing as cancelled. This is totally unacceptable. I received no email from GC saying my order was cancelled. Checked my PayPal account and it doesn’t show the order was cancelled. Unreliable is the best way to describe you all.

Greensboro NC store I traded a Jr Martin & purchased a Martin 000 Jr. Got home & found there was a crack on top. Worked with salesman Mark Wenberg and he was excellent! Took it back and he ordered a Segull Entourage for me & got a small credit. Mark has excellent people skills and great man to deal with. THANK U!....Ed Byrum

If I could give this company a zero I would. They’ve taken 5 months of payments from my account after I had written to them and cancelled and the help and contact and customer service doesn’t work so sadly this is the only way I can do anything about it. I’m owed lots of money. I cancelled in April and they are still taking money out each month depots the cancellations.

Review of booking
booked Athens Odeon Hotel through Booking.com (Reservation: 14170911705180884536) for the dates 15/06 to 20/06. After check-in on the first night, the room had a strong sewer smell, poor air circulation, and overall conditions that did not match the photos online.I couldn’t sleep at all. At 3:00 AM on 16/06, I sent an email to Booking’s support asking for urgent help. I also tried calling, but the customer service line didn’t work for some reason. I received no reply at all.As I had no other choice, I booked a new hotel directly from 16/06 to 20/06, which cost me €396.80. The original booking had already cost me €387.91 + €18 in taxes, and I feel this amount was wasted.I have photo evidence, although it’s hard to show smell in images. I only ask for fairness and support when things go wrong. Sadly, this time Booking’s support was very frustrating and ineffective when I needed help most.
Review of bestwestern
Our stay in Ft Myers last week at the Best Western Plus was mediocre. The room was filthy and mildew-ridden when we arrived. They moved us to another room, and it still smelled like mildew. The manager(?) was nice and sincerely apologized for the horrible room condition, and he had his cleaning staff hot both rooms ASAP, and then moved us to a 3rd room, which was still a little dirty but did not smell like mildew. He had the crew come in and detail the room while we waited. He also gave us some coupons for some great restaurants. We ended up a the Veranda, which was great.
Great service - horrible facility. Corporate needs to spend some money and get that place up to par.

Is this called an upgrade? It's truly dreadful. All over the place, and takes away my decision making about what I want to read. Where's the menu bar, that helped sorting the items into manageable groups? This is design for design's sake. No doubt programmers were well paid to change it, so they did, but what was wrong with the previous version anyway?

Very poor customer service. Disgrace to Japan. Lack of politeness is on full display. Orders take a long time to fulfill and they list items on their site as "in stock" when either they aren't or they are on backorder. They also list items that apparently for whatever reason can't be shipped to Australia so they make you wait weeks for an email only to cancel your order. So frustrating. Why can't they be shipped here? We want these items and you don't offer them on Amazon Australia. They need to provide better service to their Australian customers and lower their shipping charges.

I owned a Samsung cellphone for over 15+ years. I can't remember when, or if, I 'd any other brand. I've purchased both locked & unlocked phones so I know how both work & activated my own once I learned how. It's very simple, actually. I recently bought a S24+ directly from Samsung. I thought doing so would avoid the problems I'd read about other people having. I chose the unlocked phone in case I ever decide to switch carriers, though I don't see that happening. I read everything on both that and the one locked with my carrier, and there was no difference. I work hard for my money like we all do, and so ofcourse I'm going to cross my T's and dot my I's. After I got the phone and went to set it up, it said to choose my carrier, but the only one listed was T-Mobile, which isn't. It said if my carrier wasn't there, I'd have to contact my carrier and have them activate it. If you've been around phones any you know that means its a locked phone. I called customer service and the person I spoke with wasn't anywhere close to being helpful or cared if she was or wasn't. She said in a manner that was more like an order that "you HAVE to contact your carrier." I explained my experience and background, thinking maybe I hadn't been clear, but she wouldn't listen and said again I'd to contact my carrier. She started asking about my transferring my data to it, and I told her I hadn't yet because if there were an issue, I didn't want any problems returning it, and she didn't like that. She was ignorant and I ended up hanging up because I wasn't going to sit there and listen to someone talking to me like that. When I went through the steps to return it, the person offered $45 credit for my next purchase. No, thank you. I want to return it. How about $45 credit and I keep the phone? No, thank you. I want to return it. How about $45 refund? No, thank you. I want to return it. How about if I give you the refund and you keep the phone? No, thank you. I want to return it. Well how about if I give you the refund and you keep the phone? Would that work for you? I'm not kidding. That's how it went. I ended hanging up because she wouldn't complete the return, but I got it via email minutes after I hung up. First thing I did after leaving work less than a hour later was to drop it off at FedEx. I will never deal with Samsung again. Not when they play games like this

Went to Wimpole Hall to just walk around the estate grounds on a nice day. Not being NT members we expected to pay for parking. On arrival we found a large new car park that was free. However after parking you are funnelled to what appears to be the only entrance, where you are told it’s £9 per person to enter. No one tells you that it costs nothing to walk on the permissive and totally free public footpaths that cross the entire estate. What a deceitful sleight of hand by the NT trying to charge £36 for four people to walk on public footpaths. It leaves a really bad taste. Never again.
