Review Time
This is my first experience using Bitdefender. I am not impressed! The VPN on my iMac does not stay connected. I would like to remove my information from the automatic payment at the end of my account. I see NO way to do that. Please make that possible.
Dreadful experience. Programme didn't instal properly, wasted hours trying to make it work, and the palaver involved in cancelling is mind-blowing. I had to cancel my order and my auto-renewal payment separately, and am still waiting, 6 hours after chatting with an agent, for them to confirm the cancellation. These guys are dodgy as anything - avoid at all costs.
I've been using Bitdefender for years but no longer. Not since, even if you have perfectly valid activation code, they still want to scam your account details for 'further subscription'. That should not be your concern how am I going to deal with that when times come. I want want to extend subscription I will use another activation code. I'd never buy full subscription from beggers who are not happy with perfectly valid activation code
