Having paid for tickets and received no confirmation I tried to contact Eventbrite for assistance.Having spent two hours on the phone and computer ,it is impossible to get an answer to my problem.I will have to resort to claiming the money back through the credit card.Eventbrite just sends you around the same loop and gives no resolution.

I have tried over 5 times to recover money owed to me by AT&T. I switched to AT&T over a year ago as I was told that I would have 5G and an excellent signal. That turned out to be FALSE! So I called up AT&T and asked for a solution. They said that could send me a signal booster. It marginally fixed the issues. However, what they did NOT tell me was this booster was considered another device on my account and charged me for over 6-8 months. I also discovered that they had fraudulently opened up additional lines, so had a total of 5 (devices) aka lines when I should have only had ONE!! So I called up AT&T again and here’s where things get really bad. The customer service and they way have been treated is beyond egregious. It took me two to three attempts to get those lines closed and credited back. Now I have made 5 attempts to get that money returned to my checking account. I was then told that the money was being credited back but it had to be 2 deposits due to a $500.00 limit on return credits. I said that was fine. Total was around $700.00. Well guess what happened next!! The Money did not get refunded. I have now tried 4 more times to get that money returned. Each time I have to explain the whole situation and each rep has to do all new investigations!! I have now made several more attempts and have been told that I would receive calls back from supervisors on 4 occasions now and not a single person has called me back! I am UNABLE to retrieve my money for these additional unauthorized lines and I am beyond angry. I will be consulting with an attorney and filing a lawsuit against AT&T. Not to mention I will be closing my account and NEVER doing business with their Mobility division ever again!!!!

I ordered a 600€ laptop that said would be delivered in one day. I payed the 120€ that was asked as an advanced payment immediately. The next day, I saw that, from 1 day, the delivery time changed to 4 weeks, without any notice. I called the customer service and they told me they didn't have this item stocked. So, why did it say it was available? Nobody answered and I even heard the employee laughing on the phone. So, I asked him to cancel that order, so that I could place a new one. I asked him about another laptop that said would be delivered in 2 days, if it truly would be delivered by then. He assured me that it would. I ordered that laptop that cost 600€ again. The next day, I called the customer service again and asked about the delivery time. They told me it would be delivered in 4-5 days. I asked the reason and they didn't know. I even sent an email, but haven't received a reply yet. Don't buy from this company, unless you don't care about the delivery times and the awfully rude and unprofessional customer service. I wouldn't recommend it and I won't buy again from them.UPDATE:I canceled my order due to the big delay, but never received a refund. I was charged for a laptop I never got.

I have arrived at the hotel and the hotel was closed permanently but Agoda booked the hotel which is permanently closed and took the money.I was with kids and I was very stressed. They didn't do anything just said we apologize. What the hell there apologise did no make anything.i have waited 2 hours on the street. Then booked different hotel with different websites.Do not use Agoda at all

I’m a new driver. I call customer service not knowing how any of this works, I expect to be helped. Unfortunately today on December 22nd 2024 at 10am I call and speak to a lady. She said I sound confused, which I am because it’s my first time wanting to get insurance. She comes off as rude. Not helpful at all. I say I had planned going on a road trip and asked how it would work if I don’t have insurance. She tells me “well what do you think?” Sure it was a silly question but I am new to this and had it planned. I call for help and genuine basic questions, not to hear some condescending lady answer me in a rude tone. I told her I will go look at other insurance companies, they probably have better customer service anyway. And I hang up. They also don’t give people insurance who have less than 1 year of obtaining a drivers license.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion I saw a shutter stock gif of a person of color being an MRI technician. It stated on there that you could crop the ethnic person out. It was not on any other MRI stock images. Stock Video ID: 068329780.It said to..."Crop ethnic medical practitioner in scrubs putting on coil on head of elderly patient and turning on modern MRI machine in lab of clinic." This was not stated on any of the other videos.

While the editorial content of The Economist is of a very high standard, the infrastructure surrounding subscriptions and delivery is an absolute mess.My print subscription started 3 months ago, but so far NO issue has managed to be delivered even remotely close to the week it covers. Even had 3 magazines arrive together on the same day, 2 weeks after the newest of issues.The primary reason seems to be that someone has made the baffling decision of having deliveries taking place via ordinary postal mail. From a neighbouring country! I do not live on a remote island or anything like that. I live centrally in capital city, so there is no excuse for not being able to deliver the magazine on time.After writing back and forth with customer service for 2 months, the issue appears nowhere nearer being resolved. Responses from customer service are typically templated and any questions are mostly ignored.After asking what kind of compensation my subscription would be credited with for the complete failure to deliver on-time, I was "graciously" offered a non-descript discount on my next subscription period.
