I have been with them for years. Lots of stays worldwide and 2 stays away from genius level 3. Booked a property in January, which had been cancelled by the host (issues with the property). I have booked somewhere else and booking.com said they will reimburse with the difference. Messaged through the app about 5 times each time they went quiet after couple of responses and no money in my account.Last week I have arrived at the property in Weymouth which key code didn’t work and it turned out property is dirty. Called Booking.com and was told they will provide me with an alternative accommodation in 45 minutes as they need to speak with the host. After waiting patiently in my car they sent me an email to book and pay again - shocking service. Called and refused to put me through to supervisor. Called again for compensation and was told the refund in my compensation?! Something happened to the company. Poor customer service and not going to use them again. Cancelling future stays and closing my account! Given them plenty of opportunities to look after me and they simply don’t care!I work as a Duty Manager in a hotel and this will never happen to my guests!

I absolutely hate my phone and service. Unfortunately I'm stuck with it til I pay the phone off. I've had horrible service the entire time , and the phone is slow or freezes. Only time it works good is when it's on wifi . I plan on paying it off soon and leaving for good . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THERE SERVICE OR PHONES. I HATE IT .

It's been a week without internet, my bill has been paid in full and early.I understand the company technician were on strike.I am a very punctual person. If you say your coming between 8 and 12 I expect you to be here! ITS 12:38 AND YOU don't even have a technician scheduled to come out.Im not angry, but mess around and find out! I'll fire you and do business with another company.I have Star link in mind!

Premium member and got a notification that I was eligible to get Car Thing. Tapped on the button and got "great news, you're eligible. Get Car Thing". Tapped that button and got "Sorry, there are no Car Things available. Get on the list.". Tapped that then got "Great news!". Back and forth. Contacted customer service 3 times and they kept saying they'd get back to me with a "fix". It's been several days, no Car Thing. Was just getting ready to upgrade to family plan. Might go back to YouTube music if this is what I can expect.

After 19 years of joint membership we have reluctantly decided to give up our membership. What has driven this:-1. Politicking by the Trust and disregarding their fundamental obligations2. Overly restricting access to their properties by a burdensome booking process and other constraints3. Turning the Trust into a 'Disney World' venue The management have a lot of questions to answer and unfortunately Covid provided the perfect excuse to hide away and cancel the last AGM. We may rejoin when the present management have been 'cleared away'

I'd give them NO stars if I could. They blocked my card because I 'hadn't' sent in documentation, even though I had done twice. And I have called 6 times, cannot get through. I was on hold for over 3hrs and had to hang up! Absolutely terrible! How can a hold time be 3hrs! I've spent over 6hrs on hold and haven't spoken to anyone!

When Amex started offering High Yield Savings Accounts with competitive rates, they supported downloading transactions automatically with Quicken.Since their "upgrade to a new system", they no longer support Quicken and have no plans to bring it back.I am moving all my savings over to Marcus by Goldman Sachs my HYSA business now!

Awful platform.Like many I have had the problem of trying to sell my crypto. If you use a market order you will simply get a terrible price. Try using a target sell order and it won’t execute. Tried to sell £1000 of Bitcoin at a price £500 below the market price and it wouldn’t go through when I left it for days. Their excuse is “liquidity”. Absolute joke!
