I have been using Nest for year in my home, door bell, camera, smoke alarms, and have never had a problem with the product. Recently I decided to start putting these in other homes. Though I still love the product and have no issues with the products themselves, I have made 3 attempts to reach customer service and still response. The product is of no value if you cannot get support when needed!

I used to be a happy user of McAfee, and have been for many years, Now they have, however, become too smart. I have a Mac and McAfee is not able to update the firewall, so now I'm paying for someting i don't get. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with support... So now I have cancelled my subscription, and signing up with another, of the many providers, of antivirus programmes. So GOODBYE McAfee.

At 7 PM my mom and I were driving home. She was in town for some medical procedures. Truck broke down and AAA said they’d be there in 1.5 hours. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I texted AAA and then they said an additional 60 to 90 minutes. after an additional 60 to 90 minutes I called and then they stated that it’s gonna be another 30 minutes. I called the company they requested the tow for and they advised AAA that they only have two trucks that night and it was gonna be a minimum of two hours. during that time, a AAA tow truck actually showed up at the spot that we were broken down and was unable to tow my truck because somebody else had already taken the tow and signed up to do the work. I proceeded to call AAA again and now they tell me that since my mom got a ride home instead of waiting in the 20° weather at the QT gas station for four hours if they can’t tow my truck. what a joke of a company to do something like that to somebody. imagine your grandma or your mom at 65 years old having to sit in 20° weather waiting for a tow truck for four hours because they didn’t want to take their time to find another tow company that was available in a timely manner.

I placed an order with Thomann and submitted the required confirmation documents the same day — which were acknowledged by their team as correct and complete.Despite that, the order remained marked as “Waiting for Customer Confirmation” until the next day, giving a false impression that the delay was on my side. Only after I sent a strongly worded message did the status change and processing began.Instead of taking responsibility, their support replied in a dismissive tone, even suggesting I cancel the order if I was unhappy — not something you expect from a serious company.I fulfilled my part immediately. The delay was entirely on Thomann’s side, and the way they treat customers raises serious concerns. I’m unlikely to order from them again.UPD: I received a reply from Thomann.I appreciate the response, but would like to clarify a few things:– My initial message was sent on a weekday, well before the weekend.– I received no response until I followed up with a message expressing my dissatisfaction.– The reply now suggests that delays were due to weekend hours, which may create a misleading impression.– Additionally, it implies that my tone was disrespectful. I would like to state clearly that my communication was polite and professional throughout. I have kept records of the conversation and am confident in saying this.I fully understand that delays can happen. My concern is not the delay itself, but rather how the situation is being presented — in a way that subtly shifts blame back to the customer. I believe transparency and fairness in communication are just as important as the service itself.

Looks good at first until you sign up to the annual plan and the app continously crashes with `Oops!` message and you lose all your data you created in the field. Then when you ask for your money back they refuse even though it's not fit for use as there's no way you can use it as you would always be in fear of losing your work. To make things worse they then tell you that you've never raised the issue be fore, well only 3 or 4 times. No way can you use this if you have lots of data you value, this has caused me hours of extra work re entering data. They will always deflect the issue is with your end and not their system. Do not use if you value your work and want good customer service.

sorry NO stars would be better. The people in the call centre are very nice. From that point on abandon ALL hope of anything. Since the 30:08:2021 I have been trying to get a replacement monitor. Countless emails phone call. TWO Canceled pickups and the third was a success. But the so called new replacement monitor arrived in a cardboard box with some bubble wrap round it. Smashed and 100% reconditioned the unit had been dropped and it was clear it was not new . Oh and they use LET ME REPAIR who are renowned to be bad. the saga contiues.

The most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced.. already 8 hours of calls in a week and 3 agents looking at why I have been underpaid and still getting moved around and hung up on.Absolute joke. Not to mention response below.. they don't even know who wrote this so has can they say they have requested more info?? Again lies.

NO idea what i did wrong. Tried to set up a Facebook account, so i could connect with kids and friends. Immediately got a notice from Facebook that i was banned. I "appealed". Got an email back saying i may not appeal again. Never got up a post, or anything.
