Review of dsw
I just went to to the DSW store to exchange a pair of shoes that I bought on line, for work. I made my line and finally a lady took care of me, what a nasty person, I was explaining g her that I need to exchange it, she not even let me finish talk when she said that they are going to return to my card, and I tried to explain that I want an exchanges she said nooooooo! You don’t understand no if you want an other pair pay it!!! With that customer service I never going back.I’m sure that I’m not the first one that have that opinion.

You have repeatedly over a two year period failed to meet anywhere near the basic operation requirements for your so-called service. You take no interest in remedying the situation, I’ve had no in-person contact from any representative of your company to sort the on-going, and ever worsening issues, constantly deflecting the blame back to my bank so I have spend my time to try to deal with it, meanwhile during this most recent of many ‘attempts’ for you to perform something resembling customer service, you close the case you opened a day earlier saying it’s now resolved, you know the case which you said would remain open and be further actioned once my bank responds!! And when I email to ask why then say the case number no longer exists - you’d think an online tax tracking service would be good at keeping historical records??The worst organisation I have ever dealt with in my life, no competition. Every rep I speak to on live chat gives out fake empathetic vacuous corporate deflective and evasive crap. Pertinent and fact based answers to relevant questions are avoided in the style of a seasoned career politician.Sole traders, get yourself a few spreadsheets, it will save you a ton of time, hassle and stress.

Same experience as many others - I was not notified before my £24.99 annual subscription ran out and was renewed for £269, the money was just taken. When I contacted the call centre, the line was so poor that we couldn't understand each other. The man on the end asked me to spell out every.single.word of my name, email address and address because he couldn't understand me. No one has time for this! They are clearly trying to make it as hard as possible to unsubscribe.

This company's learning material is absolutely useless. Loads of errors in the systems, a cumbersome e book that is difficult to navigate and very restrictive software. Not to mention the fact that the e book is of a very poor standard. Schools should stop using this publisher. They make a student's life hell

The most appalling company to deal with, ever. Having ripped off the world and taken the information of billions of people free of charge , they then sell that information to very gullible advertisers. The advertising sales mantra is a con every time and for the vast majority over 80% is just a complete waste of money. DO NOT ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK
Review of coursera
Disheartening Experience with Coursera’s Financial Aid ProcessI applied for financial aid on Coursera, hoping to access a course that could help me build skills and eventually improve my financial situation. Coursera claims to be committed to expanding access to education for everyone, but my experience shows otherwise.Despite detailing my financial hardships and struggles with mental health, I was only offered a small discount on the course fee. Given my circumstances, there is no way I can afford this course, even with the discount provided. What I find particularly hypocritical is how Coursera presents itself as a platform committed to “expanding access to education” while simultaneously denying financial aid to those who clearly need it the most. It’s hard to understand how they expect someone in a difficult financial situation to afford even a reduced fee, especially when I’ve explained that I’m financially dependent on elderly parents and living in a country with no social security support. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the tone and structure of their response. They made it clear that their decision is final and that they will not review or reconsider it. The fact that they closed my case without even offering the chance for further discussion or response felt incredibly dismissive and cynical. To add insult to injury, they stated that any future similar requests may be closed without notice, which is an unprofessional and borderline rude way to handle a learner’s genuine request.Coursera’s financial aid process seems like a hollow promise rather than a genuine effort to make education accessible to those who need it. I would caution anyone with serious financial constraints from relying on Coursera’s claims of inclusivity, as their actions suggest otherwise.
