Disgraceful airline no customer care

Thank you for this refund, as a frequent flyer albeit not much with Emirates I would like you to know I will not longer consider flying with your airline. I was told it would be a cost of circa £400 not £1000! To cancel due to my arrangements having changed. Their quote for changing destination or cancelling was the price of a new ticket.! And then charged even more for the refund which is nothing short of stealing and no way to treat customers! Clearly you are not a trustworthy airline. Stay away

Reservé una habitación en Agoda.com. Después de 20 días se pusieron en contacto conmigo para decirme que el precio de la habitación no era el que yo había reservado y pagado. Me ofrecian o quedarme en una habitación compartida o bien pagar hasta casi 3 veces más lo que había abonado. Cuando en la reserva pone explicitamente "habitación privada para dos personas" e incluso salía la foto de la habitación. les comenté eo y me dijearon que debió ser algun error. No ofrecen ninguna solución. Descanosejable totalmente esta web. Por supuesto que les demandaré por publicidad engañosa y estafa.I booked a room on Agoda.com. After 20 days they contacted me to tell me that the price of the room was not what I had booked and paid. They offered me either to stay in a shared room or to pay almost 3 times more than what I had paid. When the reservation explicitly states “private room for two people” and even showed a photo of the room, I told them about it and they told me that it must have been a mistake. They do not offer any solution. This website is totally unacceptable. Of course I will sue them for misleading advertising and scam.

There should be a way of ticking zero stars.Constant delays, they cannot stick to the time tables. Constantly increase price but don't provide the service. I commute into London and trains are delayed more than they are on time. Can't be trusted. Try to stay away if you can

Beginners are downvoted and silenced

If you ask for help they just downvote you. You're expected to know everything already and there is no room for beginners or less smart people who wish to learn new things. So if you ask a question they will just downvote your topic, and if you put a comment to express the problem they just delete your comment to silence you. So only people who already know something will get upvoted and receive "badges" or whatever.The other problem is that you will express your question using your own choice of words, but they have a system of editing by random people. So some guy who doesn't understand your problem will come in, change the meaning, and spoil your post. Then you have to go back in and edit it all again.It's a shame that everything revolves around this terrrible site because it's cruel and vindictive. There are very few coding forums out there now with regular use because of it.

Very Poor Support

Bought this TV on December 1, 2022 and found the picture was very dark. I went through all the settings to see if I Could fix it, nothing worked. The next day I called Samsung Support, they went over all the settings with me, even some I didn't know about, nothing worked. They said they would order a replacement, but none were available. They then said they would send someone to repair it and I should hear from them within a week. I called Samsung back after a week, they told me the company I should hear from was USSI and gave me their number, I called and they said the phone number they had for me was wrong and had tried to call. Another week went by and I called Samsung back again, they said USSI didn't have anyone in my area and they would find someone else. I think it was a few days later I got a call from a local repair person, after I explained everything to him, he said he would order the parts and call me when they came in. He ended up calling me back weeks later and said one part came in and the other part was backordered and they couldn't tell him when it would be in. He suggested I call Samsung back, which I did, they said the he should have the parts in two weeks, a month at the most. After a month I called Samsung back and they said they would order a replacement. Didn't hear anything again and called back on February 20, 2023. I gave them the ticket number and they confirmed that they could see this had ben going on since December 2, 2022. They said they would order a replacement. I did get a text message and email from them, confirming that, this time. they sent me a link that I could check on the status. When I do that it says the TV has been ordered and when they receive it it will be shipped in 5 to 7 business days. When I look online I see that if I ordered it myself I could have it delivered in 2 hours to one week. We are almost into March and that will make three months that I've been trying to get this resolved. I have bought Samsung TV's in the past and never had a problem that's why when I bought this one I looked for a Samsung, but guess if you have a problem they don't want to take care of it.Still waiting March 5, 2023
