I'm hopping on the Adobe is trash train. Trashy clunky acrobat, trashy adobe captivate, and trash ass customer support. Their acrobat app couldn't even recognize the text in PDF files and then when I asked them to edit it to make it editable, the first couple of agents helped me while the rest started citing "security issues" while asking for FULL REMOTE ACCESS to my computer. Bunch of hypocrites. You want full remote access to my computer but I can't send you a PDF to make editable even though that's what your garbage software is supposed to do in the first place. Adobe and its trash support can choke on the big one. Not one good thing about this company. Oh and the greedy bastardos will cut your access off to the software if you cancel the trial before the deadline, forcing you to remember when the trial expires since they don't give any reminders and they want to charge you. Manipulative, greedy, incompetent sons of Bs.

The online delivery service is literal, actual garbage. Don’t waste your life. Go in store or order from somewhere else. Customer support is clueless, the “management team” is a figment of user imagination and the system is outdated to say the least. So-called security measures serve no other purpose than inconvenience and I STILL don’t have my groceries. As sluggish as Instacart’s system is, at least it gets the job done.

What's going wrong isn't just with Amazon. Fake Reviews are definitely preferred over honest ones by sales companies. Some honest reviews even get removed. Sometimes because people can't keep up with all the details they aren't treated well and then taken off sites even like this one as well. Fake is definitely growing over honesty. I don't expect this review will stay on either.

Today, ASUS notified me that they are unwilling to honour the 3-year warranty on my ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS motherboard, which I purchased in 2021. Despite having five months remaining on the warranty, (according to the information on the ASUS website, where I registered the product and received confirmation that it is still within warranty), the company is refusing to provide the necessary support.Upon contacting ASUS to open an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) ticket, I was directed to approach the retailer from whom I purchased the product, Amazon UK. Upon reaching out to Amazon UK, they requested a special warranty order number from ASUS to process the return. Unfortunately, ASUS is unwilling to provide this crucial number to Amazon, persistently denying my RMA request.This frustrating situation leaves me with a non-functioning motherboard, an uncooperative manufacturer, and a retailer awaiting the necessary information to facilitate the return. In light of ASUS's failure to fulfill their obligations, I am considering reporting this matter to Trading Standards if a resolution is not reached promptly. Do not buy!
