Total failure with recent Uber Eats / Nokia promotion, false advertising and the promo code didn't work after hours of requests to customer service. What a waste of time. And then you can't return after 14 days, which is a terrible restrictive policy. I will never shop here again.

I have bought from here just fine before, but I ordered some drumsticks a few days ago and within 3 days of receiving them they had snapped. I had maybe used them for a total of 3 or 4 hours of practice. I requested a refund and they told me there was nothing they could do as they have no warranty and claimed that they appeared heavily used (possibly due to the poor quality of the drum sticks), however comparing these to previous drumstick I had bought from elsewhere where that had lasted weeks and heavily frayed before snapping they were not particularly damaged before. I have had a similar incident with gear4music with poor quality drumsticks and they accepted the issue and gave me a full refund. Bad customer service hence the 1 star.

Sorry, I placed an order for three items for $48 on my gift card. Applying the gift card covered the full balance of the items, but after ordering, I get a notification from PayPal saying they deducted $12.47. I don’t understand why. I call customer support all they talked about was an authorization hold or code I’m not sure about the wording because the person had a really thick accent. Overall, this was a very upsetting experience and I will never shop at Target again. I advise anyone else to stay the hell away from Target. Like their name, I had become a target for their moneygrubbing scheme.

We wanted to purchase something on Target.com and it kept cancelling our purchases. We called the credit company and our credit card was totally fine. It turned out to be target.com had some technical difficulties purchasing stuff online. What is a big joke. We spent 2/3 hours dealing with this issue.

Paid for Adele ticket and was expecting a full refund as the concert was cancelled. But Songkick refused to refund the postage costs because they delivered the ticket. What? They don't want to be £5 out of pocket what about us who spend hundreds on flights and hotels tough luck Songkick you need to take a hit too, or get Adele to reimburse you, or take out insurance.

I have been using Lyft for about 5 years now... and I can honestly say now.. it's the worseee... I never thought I would live to see the say where Uber is cheaper than Lyft.They're taking the money from your account even before they find you a ride. Ridiculous! I hate Lyft with a Passion. We need a new app.

The most appalling customer experience when trying to cancel. Just treat customers with respect and you may lose a subscription for a short time and regain it. Instead, the economist has no regard for customers and so will lose one for life. Plenty of great alternatives.

We have used John 2 years in a row now. He is such a pleasure to deal with, so professional and our wasps nests were gone immediately, and we were not talking small nests! No doubt another call will be needed next year...I wouldn't use anyone else.
