People forget about the radio stations - i love Radio 2 and Radio 4. Unfortunately the tv is complete dross. Sorry, but being a hetrosexual fully functional male, i am made to be a minority. By having a policy of representing every available human type has resulted in only 1 thing - very poor presenting quality. People should have jobs on merit, not on affliction or type.

Review of BBC
After what I've seen in the interview with Andrew Tate I immediately knew what they were doing, in fact, it wasn't an interview but an interrogation. Also the so called journalist Lucy did a fantastic job of destroying what little (if any) credibility the BBC had left. This was clearly intended to be a character assassination piece with the kinds of loaded questions she asked, and she's clearly very upset that she was not able to manipulate him into incriminating himself verbally. This is what "journalism" has devolved into, it's quite sad.

The price of rooms are good, but a lot of waste time in searching becase the result give price different then the one you will find in the payment page (due to tax and service). Sometime the different is hugde, like last time I found a room for 249baht a night for two night and to the payment page become 1.402 baht, near tree times.
Review of aaa
Back in April, I was with a friend whose car was vandalized and needed a tow. She didn't have AAA, but I did. I had AAA because I was under the impression it was convenient and you could use it on any car if you were present. I called the AAA rep who immediately didn't want to dispatch a tow. She asked if we could get the car in neutral and I said I didn't know. She said if I couldn't confirm that, I would have to pay for the tow upfront and then AAA would reimburse me later. Well wouldn't you know, the tow driver AAA said to use on the call and I paid out of pocket WAS able to get it into neutral but when I called back, they said they couldn't do anything. I tried to submit for reimbursement as she said to do, but what she didn't say is I would have to not only send them the reimbursement form and the receipt but a letter from my friend's insurance company verifying she didn't get reimbursed for the tow from them! I shouldn't have to jump through hoops for what my membership should have covered. At this point, I bailed. It just so happened my AAA renewal was due at this time and it just so happened I decided I would use the $200 I paid for the towing to NOT renew my AAA. After all, if AAA doesn't do what they say, why should I keep it? Never again.
Review of songkick
Songkick makes me laugh. Last night’s Boz Scaggs concert was canceled, rescheduled to Nov. 19th. Then today, their automated system sends me out a review request for the performance they hoped I enjoyed. The personal touch is so nice. Unfortunately, in Songkick’s case, it’s obviously all about making a buck. Thanks Songkick.

News.com has got to be the worst “News” provider available. I am yet to read an article that is not full of spelling and grammar mistakes. Not to mention, theoment I start reading an article, within one paragraph, I can tell of Daniela Elser has written it - by the frustrating attempts at humour - she is not a comedian and needs to give it up

Review of domain
This is the worst company. Our credit card had fraud on it, so the bank changed the card number. Suddenly our website was not working, we check everything and find out the domain auto-renew didn't go through. I immediately paid with a new credit card. We have an ecommerce site that employs 6 people and a warehouse, so having the store open is supremely important. After I paid, site still down. I chat with support, they assure the site will be up again after it propagates, ad we know this process can be quick for some regions and up to 24 hours for far away places. The server is in CA, as are we. After another 12 hours, website is down, we ask for DNS changes, updates, chat, nothing, 24 hours go by, try all of the above over and over, nothing. Domain.com's server was not evening pinging, something was seriously wrong. We just wanted the site to be up. We had no choice but to initiate a transfer to godaddy. Checking in daily. Domain won't tell us what's wrong and won't work on the webiste (that they broke) because a transfer is in progress. What a nightmare. It's been 9 days since our site went down, 6 days since we initiated transfer. We are stuck in limbo. Domain.com won't fix the problem and is holding the domain for hostage. They don't have a phone #, and chat just keeps giving the run around. Meanwhile our small business still incurring overhead with 0 revenue is teetering on the edge.
Review of amazon
I was perusing Kindle books and wanted to examine a title. Unfortunately I clicked a one-click buy button that I mistook for a link describing the product.1. Returning the item itself was extraordinarily difficult. This is exactly the sort of experience I expect from a bloated legacy company and one who prioritizes making returns frustrating in order to discourage them.2. A further complication was the item itself was a bundle of nine items. In order to cancel/return them, each item needed to go through a cumbersome process to cancel separately.3. To add to this mess, both the web and app interface would only list a few of the products in the bundle at a time, making it impossible to cancel all 9. At seemingly random times the order of these would mix, possibly as the refunds for one of the items processed and deprioritized it in whatever order the company sees fit (there's no way to change this).4. But after a certain number of refunds no force available to me could effect any more: the account was freezed out of refunds/cancellations. Only "customer service" (please read those two words in the most withering tone your mind is capable of) could handle it.5. Just as you'd expect from one of these megalithic companies, customer service is tiered, staffed with people moderately trained monkeys speaking impenetrable English, and abysmally low on the priority list of the board of directors. After a half hour and listening to the required amount of hold music and being told seven times how much my alleged patience is appreciated, they finally smashed the proper sequence of buttons on their keyboards and told me I might get some of my own money back in 3-5 days and maybe an e-mail or two.6. Fixing the problem--having this one-touch button in the first place--is impossible unless you are somehow an expert in seeking fine print on the website. The monkey who finally addressed the problem, a lovely woman who called herself Cindy in the most polite East Asian accent imaginable, had to read an entire URL five times because a. the Amazon e-mail providing the link, of course, did not show up, b. with all their vast technical know-how and tens of thousands of employees and untold billions of dollars in valuation and numerous text messages sent for every other purpose, they could not text me the link, c. "Cindy"'s lovely voice made understanding her consistently improbable, d. "Cindy" did not use the NATO-Phonetic alphabet. But we did it. We finally f***ing did it, and I got the damned buttons to disappear.d. After accidentally pressing one little button, I spent a half hour on two machines trying to remedy it and another half-hour with two monkeys before settling accounts for my egregious mistake, finally coming out financially even but an hour of my life vanished.1. Amazon, you owe me my wage for an hour. And I'm not talking in the form of a gift card.2. ENTREPRENEURS: PLEASE create a company to oust this behemoth and send it the way of Commodore computers and America On-Line.Thank you.
Review of vrbo
I am extremely disappointed with VRBO and will never use this site for travel plans again. I booked a property three months ago, only to receive a call yesterday (December 20) from a company called Distinctive Beach Rentals (DBR), claiming they were canceling my reservation. The person who called spoke poor English, was dismissive, and left me questioning whether the call was even legitimate. When I sent a message through VRBO for clarification, they forwarded my email to DBR, who then emailed me back stating that the reservation wasn't canceled but that I would need to move to a different property. The "alternatives" they sent were up to 100 miles away from my original booking, which is completely unacceptable. This is not an isolated incident—this is the third time a booking has been canceled through VRBO. The lack of reliability and accountability is appalling. If you want peace of mind for your travel plans, look elsewhere. VRBO has proven to be completely untrustworthy, and I will never use this service again.
Review of Reddit
Communist dictatorial social network, it would be fine without their abusive moderators. They block you for the simple fact of breathing and they don't let you start over with a new account. More dictatorial than Facebook, Reddit is tr@sh.
