I subscribed for a month free trial a couple of years back. I cancelled my subscription, but they charged me anyways. The charged 100$ last year, and 300$ this year and they are not willing to refund. When I tried to cancel, you have to go through 2 or 3 different sites a reaffirm your choice of cancelling, which is deceptive enough to imply that the customer cancelled, without them actually doing so.

I called several times to ask for information about visa that were not on the website. Every f* time the only thing about every f* person that ''attended'' me seemed to be concerned was if I had checked the website before calling, even though after the first call, having understood the situation, I always started the call specifying that I ALREADY CHECKED THE WEBSITE AND THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT THAT. Then, when I finally arrived to get to the point, none of them was able to answer to very simple questions like: ''If I get married to a non-english person that has a work visa for UK, does it give me the right to come to live here or not???''. They answered as a stupid botchat, giving me the information that was on the website (it's probably the only thing they know) and that WAS NOT pertinent to my question. How is it possible that people that are supposed to help you don't even have the 8 years old child skill of answering in a pertinent way to questions?? If the only answers they're able to give are the same that are on the website, what the f* is their utility?? For what are they paid?? If the UK governement want to say to strangers STAY AWAY, they are doing it right. Then I even was so stupid myself that, tired of calling, I decide to PAY 2/3 pounds just for sending an email. I have to recognize that at least they answered quickly: saying me that they can't give advice about your personal circumstances... that must be a joke. First, who decides which question is of personal or of general interest? Second, if IN THEORY every general information is on the website and if you can't give advice about personal cirumstances... why the f* you allow people to call or send email?? And you dare to charge for that. And finally, people that need a ''personal'' advice, how should they do?? They must pay an immigration advisor expert in YOUR law, that you should be able to explain yourself, for free!

We can't restore it and Fortinet didn't provide backup for restoring it back, there are no support with fortigate! My son saved up for an ASUS PC. The thing never worked properly from day one. Have spent hours trying to reset on several occasions, despite leaving it overnight, it still NEVER completes re-set. I spoke with one of their team when it was almost new, they were unable to help and informed me that we couldn't return the product because we had thrown the packaging away. (despite having proof of purchase and being with 30 days of purchase) We feel very let down by this experience and now have a £400 + unusable piece of junk. 100% avoid buying from ASUS
