I had a problem with Falcon Insurance…

I had a problem with Falcon Insurance that was given an A+ rating. Falcon insurance is a scam insurance company that offered $1200 for a settlement for damages near $8000. Eleven months later $10000 because of Falcon playing games. I am having to take the driver to court. The BBB did not even acknowledge the fact that this scam company received a demand for payment from my attorney and ignored it. Driver was 100% at fault, slams into my truck, and they lied despite proof on my end that they were. Falcon does not and has never acted in good faith. That they receive complaints and never post the real story indicates where their priorities lie. Not with the person complaining. The BBB is as much a scam as Falcon Insurance.

Don’t use VRBO! Horrible experience!

Horrible! I will never book with VRBO again! In mid-February 2024, I booked a two-bed apartment in San Diego for two couples. I inquired on the VRBO platform about the parking situation in mid-February. The host did not respond to me or the subsequent inquiry by a VRBO agent about parking.The listing stated the host would contact me about entry three days before check-in He never did, nor did he respond to my inquiries on the VRBO platform, or by telephone call (VRBO gave me his number). At least six VRBO Agents unsuccessfully tried to contact him by phone and email three days and two days before check-in.Because the other couple was flying in from out of town and we were driving hundreds of miles to the apartment, VRBO’s response that “if you show up and you can’t get in, we will help you rebook that evening” was absolutely inadequate and bad business policy.I was therefore on the hook for the entire payment of the booking. I was told if I canceled, I would not get a refund.The host then went onto the listing and removed the verbiage that stated he would contact me three days before check-in. He then canceled the listing after I and two other agents again unsuccessfully tried to contact him. I have lost all confidence in VRBO. Obviously, they did not vet the host. Their lack of responsibility for enforcing check-in policies, and the requirement that I had to show up at 4 pm to an unknown location (I had the address but not the apartment number) in order to get rebooked or a refund is shocking and appalling. It was an infuriating experience that took hours of my time. I will NEVER use VRBO again.

the customer service is terrible

the customer service is terrible. i have called and emailed a combined 9 times about an order that i accidentally ordered to the wrong address. i tried cancelling the order less than 24 hours after ordering than also tried to change the address at the same time. i was told to go to the post office as soon as i got a shipping number so that’s what i did. the lady at my post office said it wasn’t in the system and that they should still be able to change it. so i call again after the post office and tell them and the lady tells me that she can email someone else and address change. i tell her the new address and everything and i would be getting an email confirming 24-48 hours later. i did not receive an email of the address change. so i called again to ask what happened and was told that 9/10 tomes it doesn’t work when on the previous call i was told it works. and now was told to go back to the post office as soon as i get a delivery date. outrageous and will never be ordering from there again

I just had a frustrating call with the customer service team, especially Joel M. If you're reading this, Joel, this message is for you!I was expecting to receive my Model 3 Performance this week in September. However, Tesla canceled my order and gave me the option to choose the new Model 3 or cancel altogether. Seriously? I've already waited for months, and now I can't even get the performance model, only the long-range version and then wait another 5 months till I would get that one.But that's not the end of it. There was a Model 3 Performance available in Queensland that I wanted to purchase, but apparently, I couldn't because I live in Sydney. Can someone explain the logic behind this? I thought when a car is available, a customer should be able to buy it, and the company would make an extra effort to fix a situation that has caused the customer so much trouble. It was frustrating that I couldn't pick up the car with an NSW license or an unregistered vehicle license. These solutions should be possible if Tesla cares about customer satisfaction, but all I encountered was arrogance.To add to the frustration, I also didn't receive my $400 order fee refund. Believe me, if Tesla wasn't currently the best electric vehicle option, I'd be the first to switch. No empire lasts forever, and when that time comes, I won't hesitate to recommend to everyone I know to NOT buy a Tesla. Thanks for nothing Joel, Senior Virtual D********

Really odd experience on Care. It seems like the profiles are fake or maybe AI? We posted a want add for a pet sitter and instead got random "people" offering to tutor our kids, etc. Regret subscribing. Total waste.

Review of bluehost

A Customer Service that cares

Bluehost went over and beyond. I had a (WordPress) theme issue with my site. Although it was not a hosting issue customer support went out of his way to narrow it down for me and I got the issue resolved. You don’t find that kind of customer service anymore, boy was it a fresh of breath air to receive that kind of service. Took me back to the good ole days when people cared. Thank you Bluehost for still caring about your customers.

They offer a price of $1.99 for twelve months on their website, when you go to sign up it comes out differently, now it says $3.95 for 36 months and when you ask what happened, they tell you that the previous offer has expired, that is clearly a scam and if they are like that from the start, imagine what they will do after they have you trapped... don't even think about it!

I have never seen a lower rating for a company in my life. It's a 1.4 stars. Wow. We have had a couple of awful experiences with Lowes lately. Buyer beware go somewhere else! When we call customer service they gave us a hard time & said to call corporate. We did & they said the return policy on toilets is 90 days, you just put it back in the box and take it in, no problem. Back to customer service who stated that they don't know why they told us that, they will not take it back & it is ... get this ... a "bio hazard". Are you for real? Now toilets are bio hazards?? You don't know it's leaking until a few hours after you install it. American standard at first said they'd send us something because apparently there is a common problem people call about. And it's definitely not the first toilet we've installed over the years. So. We waited. The part came. It was put in and still a leak. American standard has a class action law suit which we did not learn about until after we had to deal with this. They are not producing products like the one we bought 20 years ago. Shame on Lowes for even selling them. Hours on the phone trying to get a straight answer and help. So far out a few hundred dollars too. Taking our business elsewhere.

IHG is a scam

This is the worst app. Don’t ever book/ cancel through their app. We booked a room on January 25 we had to cancel so through the confirmation email we were able to cancel/ edit our reservation. We canceled by the email. We were charged, even more then one night on our card. We contacted IHG and was told it was our fault the app didn’t work and the charge stands! DO NOT USE THIS APP/ PROGRAM. ITS A SCAM!
