Worst experience with a company ever! They make no mention that their product only works on a desktop, so the product is completely unusable for me. I will be getting outside help, as they refuse to provide me with a refund. Do not buy for this site ever, complete ripoff that has no standards of business, just want to take money for nothing. Customer support is a waste of time, and refuses to acknowledge the outright lies they use to sell their products. Never again.

It was so simple to start my petition and there are even efforts to help support and bring more views and signatures to my petition.

Same experience as others. I closed a loan through a Bankrate recommended mortgage with promised $1,000 cash back from Bankrate. I have not received anything and can get no one to respond. I closed in September and last email response was 11/16 that they were checking with their provider. Seems like a scam.

We took our furbaby to get vaccinated by the mobile "vet clinic" at the Sandusky, Ohio store on Sunday, November 29, 2020, at 10 A.M.. the sign outside the door said "THE VET IS IN". We took our pet in and had to have the cashier help us TRY to register online on our phone. After being unable to achieve the online registration, the cashier told us to simply go back to the line where the vet was located and tell them. A "vet?" came out dressed in blue & took our name and number, told us we were #7 and to go wait in our vehicle until he called us in. During our 1/2 wait back out in our car, we saw numerous people taking their pets in and out. So we took our terrified furball back in to try and ease his nerves and to get warmed back up (he was in a pet carrier). We got back in the "vet line" and a different "vet?" came out and explained to us that the vet had to cancel due to car trouble. The "vet?" took our name, number, email and told us we MIGHT get a 20% coupon in the mail and if we did not receive the coupon we could go to Pet Supplies Plus the following week & tell them what happened at TSC...needless to say we wasted our entire morning (and put our poor furbaby through a harrowing time) only to be told the vet was actually never there to begin with??? On our way out we told the cashier that the "vets?" that were there, told us that the vet isn't even there and to let other customers know ...

ExpressVPN is out to screw you. They will bill you automatically even though you have not requested it. Once you complain about their problem, they do nothing. I wish I had never used them, there seems to be so many other alternatives. Never again ExpressVPN.

Support great.Express VPN worked just a little in Beijing and Shanghai before getting interrupted. Some people from Algeria said alternatives work. I didn't bother to look into it as I was heading for Hongkong.I liked anyway the psychological help it provided. Only intended to use it in China.less than a month.Tks.
