the customer service is terrible. i have called and emailed a combined 9 times about an order that i accidentally ordered to the wrong address. i tried cancelling the order less than 24 hours after ordering than also tried to change the address at the same time. i was told to go to the post office as soon as i got a shipping number so that’s what i did. the lady at my post office said it wasn’t in the system and that they should still be able to change it. so i call again after the post office and tell them and the lady tells me that she can email someone else and address change. i tell her the new address and everything and i would be getting an email confirming 24-48 hours later. i did not receive an email of the address change. so i called again to ask what happened and was told that 9/10 tomes it doesn’t work when on the previous call i was told it works. and now was told to go back to the post office as soon as i get a delivery date. outrageous and will never be ordering from there again
