Review of google
If I can give a zero rating, I would. I started running a campaign with 3 different ads targeting 3 different segments for my upcoming digital marketing agency. All the settings have been excellent and approved for the display ads to start running, but nothing has been moving for over a month. I tried to get a hold of an ad specialist to no avail for almost 6 weeks. My business partner and I then tweaked the campaign several times to see if there might be any improvement, but still there were no signs of any movement in terms of impressions and clicks. We scraped the entire campaign and set it up again but with running one ad at a time. However, nothing seemed to work again. When we finally got through to an ad specialist, we were told to schedule a time and will have someone handle our account from now on, and discuss any recommendations they have with us. The meeting was cancelled by the Google ad specialist 3 times, with the 3rd time being without any communication, rescheduling, or apology from them. I don't understand how can Google customer service be this bad, and very unethical with its practices? I was told by others that if you're a small business who's spending little to start on your ad budget you get no service whatsoever and they pass you on to a third party company in India. I didn't believe it at the time, but with how things are going, I do believe that this is the way Google treats and handles its clients. They hire a company in India who only cares about its own bottom line to Google, and no concern to the clients. So, they'll end up pausing your account without any reason so they would be contacted by you to resolve an issue that wasn't an issue in the first place, just so they can show Google that they're fulfilling their obligations to them. But apparently even that they're messing up. I have no issue with India, just provide me with excellent customer service and support. Apparently, if you're a big ad spender, you'll be handled by Google HQ directly. I know I'm not a big budget spender who right now apparently is unworthy of being handled by Google from the State's side, but one day I might be when I'm pretty successful, so why the unethical standards? All I've been asking for is for some competent and honest customer service and resolution to my weird display ad situation.

-100 stars. IRS has made a mistake on our return. We are expecting a 500 dollar check. They are saying we owe 1000 dollars. We called to make them aware that we get 10,000 of unemployment deducted. No answer. Finally get someone after 45 min. She puts us on hold so she can look up the info. She comes back on, then says needs to put us back on hold to research more. After so many minutes, we are hung up on. We called again, and are hung up again. Useless people. Get your act together!!

I've used Last.fm since 2009 and nearly after the website at one point after they went through a complete revamp that was negatively received by the community. I have however stuck with them because I have a weakness for the sort of stats about the music I've played that they still offer.Unfortunately I can't honestly say that if I hadn't already been a member of their platform that I might have signed up had I discovered it in much more recent years. Many features I once enjoyed have been taken away entirely such as being able to write a blog via the platform and join groups of like-minded uses. Profile customisation has also over the years been made much, much more limited.These days Last.fm operates a subscriber feature, Last.fm Pro. I'm neither a subscriber to this or plan to be as I don't believe it to offer features to be worth the money they ask, which is £3/month or £30/year. If it was a one time fee deal I might have bit the bullet on it, but it's not. I also resent the idea of having to pay for features that I either once already had on Last.fm but were taken away from me to stick behind a paywall but also that the paywall hides what I feel should be some pretty basic, quality of life features for the platform, including the ability to change your username. I don't actually want to do that, but if I did, it's not unreasonable to expect to have the option without having to pay for it. All Pro really offers is extra stats that I can live without and advanced editing tools for your profile, most of which there are free or one time fee third party alternatives available.

While traveling, I ordered Doordash to my address at the rental house for $50 (including tip). It never arrived; I called them and was told it would be delivered to my HOME ADDRESS. I canceled the order, which was still charged to my credit card. I disputed it months ago, and today, I learned the dispute was denied and that the charge would remain. I deleted the Doordash app since it's some kind of scam.

Following up on my complaint that the delivery driver had stolen my parcel… I got in touch with the Zara customer service after Evri told me there is nothing they could do. Adity explained in repeating what EVRI had told me, that the parcel got “damaged beyond repair in transit”. Firstly, hardly possible since these were fabric shirts. Secondly this is clearly a cover up, failing to accept responsibility of poor recruitment and filtering staff members who take advantage of the loopholes within their delivery system. This felt like an insult to my intelligence. So I asked to take this further and raise this complaint further. They passed me on to Preeti who then heard me out and told me to wait 48 hours to hear back from them so they can review my case. They didn’t write back to me and I had to chase them up, which is where I spoke to Paras. Who simply said no compensation is possible. Absolute joke!
