After having some faulty and missing items in an order I contacted them. Initially things started off quite well, with promises of replacements and refunds. Neither materialised. Messages to them were ignored or received curt and rude responses.

Review of vrbo
We are homeowner who rented through VRBO. Our HOA did construction on our unit without County required permits. The unit is now unsafe. We contacted renters who had booked to give them time to rebook. VRBO says that we would incur fines????? This is not within our control we explained this and provided documented proof. AIRBnB however was helpful and understanding to our monetary loss. Use ANYONE else BUT VRBO awe cancelled our partnership with them. And will inform EVERYONE we know that VRBO aid an unprofessional and not customer oriented business. Rent somewhere else.
Review of urbanoutfitters
Last week I ordered 5 things for $25 and one of the cute comfy halter tops. I was so excited for my order but when I went to pick the package up, the delivery driver left it in a bad spot in the rain and it was soaked and half the things were ruined. Although I waited a while on hold, I was connected to (Ivan? Evan maybe?) who was incredibly helpful. I explained the garments were so wet the tags wouldn’t even be attached and he still issued me a full and free exchange with next day shipping. Couldn’t have appreciated the fast help more. Great customer service.

Review of backblaze
As other reviews have said, everything seems great up until the point you actually need to do a restore. I recently purchased a new computer and, rather than copying the files directly from my old PC to the new one, I thought I'd test out Backblaze by restoring the files I'd backed up to their service. Before I could download anything, their system explained that my files all needed to be compiled into one ZIP folder, then they would be available for download - it said this process should only take a few hours. Okay, sounded fine, so I clicked to proceed.A few days passed and I'm still waiting for the backup files to finish compiling into a ZIP folder, so I contacted Backblaze customer support - they say they are aware of the delay and they are working on a fix, but can't give me an ETA.I wait a few more days and I'm finally informed that my backup ZIP folder is ready for download. I start the download and wow... my internet is a decent speed but Backblaze is one of the slowest services I have ever used. The download froze multiple times and it took days to finish downloading to my PC.By this point, nearly 2 weeks had passed since I started the process, but at least the ZIP file is finally on my PC. I go to unzip it so I can access all of my files... and it tells me the ZIP file is 'invalid', which means it's corrupted in some way. Exasperated, I gave up Backblaze and reverted to copying the files directly from my old PC to the new one.I cannot in any way recommend Backblaze - the process has been nothing but hassle from start to finish, and if I'd been solely relying on their service I still wouldn't have access to my files.

Had a free trial, tried to cancel on the spot, thought I did. A week later 90 euros are gone from my account. I contacted the customer service and told them that I can’t afford the 90 euros and that I cancelled. I pleaded for help. They answered that there is nothing they can do about it since I accepted the term and conditions and I failed to cancel on time, so it was my fault. I researched and read their terms and conditions. I replied that according to the European consumer law, a customer has the right to withdraw from any contract within 14 days of order without giving reason. In seconds I got my money back. Do what you will with that information.
Review of Shopify
My e'comm business is facing the scaling stage. Shopify is a great tool, when it comes to UX-UI design. All the themes and customisations for buyers are lovely. Admin is smooth. However, when it comes to the checkout process, or to the revenue boosting features, the picture is not so bright. Many of my needs and ideas either not covered, or require paid options. The public apps from the store are either really costly, or do a bare minimum for a decent subscription price. We will be thinking about more custom apps development with our team.
Review of mercari
I am a seller on mercari. Opened up my account 4 weeks ago. Voluntarily offered my driver's license and ID so my account would be verified. It showed it was. I sold 4 items and they limited my account saying they didn't have my ID on file. I submitted it again week ago and it's still limited. They are holding my money and not releasing it. Now they just charged me over 7 dollars more for shipping on a package. I have a scale and weight and measure my packages so i know they are correct.they say they pride themselves on trust and safety. I don't trust them nor feel safe selling on Mercari. Time to bring my business elsewhere. I will be reporting them to the BBB along with others.

Review of gopro
I wasnt planning on leaving a review here but after seeing all the negative comments, I was genuinely surprised. I had nothing but great experiences with gopro. I just got the new hero10 a few weeks ago and not only is it fantastic (the stabilisation is insane), but customer care was quick to respond and it genuinely felt like they cared for me. They resolved my query quickly and I honestly have not a single complaint, thanks gopro! Also, I still have my hero4 from 2014 and it still works fine, great quality stuff.

I was going for 1-2 stars, but that would be highly unfair, for a poor customer service is "standard" these days and has been established as the "golden rule" by Amazon: Don't listen to customers, don't read their mails, just send empty apologies that have nothing to do with the problem at hand. That out of the way: The content offered for the money is good. No, it is not "intellectually challenging science-of-the-day", it's more of a glimpse into recent discussions, semi-more-in-depth essays about what you find everywhere around the interwebs (including all the latest hypes), but for the most part the articles are well written and at least *feel* like reliable first-step-sources. If there were more scientifically founded discussions of opposing views on a matter, less pop-science "for the laywomen", the high price for a subscription would be even more justified. However, the presentation of that content is poor at best or outright unacceptable. A website from the late 2ks, an Android app that is simply not working properly (see reviews on G's "play" store) and Amazon-like support (see above: Doesn't even READ questions coming in, just sends out copy&paste texts) is NOT what you expect for the money you pay. Personally, I would prefer more audio content, but for now I am going to cancel my subscription since the content isn't DELIVERED to me. I simply do not have the time or the will to keep "trial and error" my way through malfunctioning apps or slow websites, thank you.----------Response to response from vendor: I did report problems "immediately", first response from support took over three days (so much for "immediately") and was non-sensical. After I gave a negative feedback on the support I received, support escalation clicked in. I provided screenshots and detailed information about the issues I experienced and got back a response that my input was being forwarded. That happened over a week ago. My "issues" are such that I can not enjoy the content (for which I am paying) and that products offered (the app) malfunction. Over a week of response-time is neither "immediately" as you say nor is it creating confidence in a satisfying customer-vendor relationship. The copy+paste response published here on Trust-Pilot really nudges me to drop my rating from three stars to zero stars.-- UPDATE: After way over a month STILL no response to my mails. My fear that "support" is only interested in paying customers and give a bleep once you are ready to go was correct. A garbage app and content you can easily find for free elsewhere isn't worth the high price. Downgraded from 3 to 2 stars.
Review of fiverr
I’ve been using Fiverr as a freelancer, and the platform makes it easy to find and manage work. The order system is clear, communication with clients is smooth, and the overall process is well-structured. It’s a great way to apply your skills in real projects and connect with people from different parts of the world.

Review of theknot
This site will not post negative reviews about a company that offers their service through them even though these companies advertise false information. I used a vendor that they have listed and this vendor was a nightmare so I gave them a bad review and this company was able to dispute, so the review does not show up. A representative was supposed to contact me back to gather information from me but has so far ignored my emails. I wouldn’t trust this site to give accurate information about vendors. Stay away!So the knot responds and says they are not going to choose who is right and who is wrong. How about you don't choose and let the consumer post their "review" of what they experienced with the company? They also, still, did not give a valid reason for taking my review down, nor did they ever ask me for proof to back up what I was reviewing, which I have!! The Knot...Bad Company! Stay away!
