I wish I could give them -10 star rating. I ordered shoes for my kids for Christmas and still not prepared, so I attempted to email the company. I got a response from some company (crocsd3) saying I never ordered from them even though crocs website had this email on there. Fed up with the crap I called customer service and waited 30 minutes to get through. They clam my order will arrive before Christmas but I have little faith, so I guess I’m out of 100 bucks. Absolutely horrible do not order from them!!!

I had paid for the Premium subscription last year and had full access to the app on my iPhone and iPad. On Jan. 1st, it automatically renewed. I notice that I couldn't access some of the pages on my iPad. An icon on the page said to go to Premium+. That was for an additional fee and I decided to contact Customer Service. Stephanie said to check my Apple ID password on both devices or contact Apple. I even changed my password on both and still it didn't make a difference. Today, my iPhone is doing the same thing that was happening on the iPad. Now I'm pissed. And guess what--the subscription is for the full year with no money back. I can cancel the subscription and still use the app for the rest of the year but that still won't get me access to what I had last year. DON'T bother upgrading because next year they'll probably change the rules again.

The first time I went in Zara and made a purchase I was charged twice for the items when I checked my bank statement. (£34.78). I have been in again today and checking the receipt I have been charged for 13 items, but I only bought eleven items. I therefore need to go back again tomorrow. I just hope they admit their mistake as it was a right rigmarole last week when I went back. What a terrible store!

I've enjoyed watching the women's football. But the commentators have been awful, the worst.They just said Colombia are brilliant with the ball as they pass the ball to and England player.They have used brilliant, fantastic, beautiful and other over the top speech which is wrong, and I think demeaning to women by singing praise when it's not there and using the same words for really good play.I'm not just criticising itv, sky and bbc have to belittled women in the same way.When something is done well, great say so, when something is not so good tell the truth, don't belittle, just say so. Be honest

After having some faulty and missing items in an order I contacted them. Initially things started off quite well, with promises of replacements and refunds. Neither materialised. Messages to them were ignored or received curt and rude responses.

Terrible customer service. I tried to contact by different means, they keep on ignoring me. I placed an order, they sent me the wrong top, sent it back and ask for the correct one and they are ignoring me ( but they kept the other one!). In the same order I retuned a jumper and they refunded me less the value from what I paid for the jumper. Nobody is answering. Avoid! The top they sent me instead of the one I bought was completely different style and colour!
