Appalling service

Appalling service. I have been a customer for 6 months and have yet to be able to link my business bank account to Quickbooks. (I need to download .csv files from my bank and upload them to Quickbooks, having to choose from 4 drop-down menus and manually checking transactions to ensure no overlap from the previous import each time I add new bank entries). My bank (TSB) conducted an investigation on their side months ago and sent a written report, concluding that the issue was on Quickbooks' end. I have spoken to Quickbooks agents several times, screen-shared with them and been on email with Luke, a "senior customer success expert" since November (it's now June), who checks in every few weeks asking me to go through the same process to check whether things work yet. They don't. He now wants me to take another video of the process (which is identical to the video I sent back in November) showing me trying to link my bank account to Quickbooks. When I asked for a report on what's been done on their side for the past 6 months, I received the following answer. "Regarding the team's efforts to resolve this issue, they have been reviewing logs for any anomalies and coordinating with the relevant teams to identify the most effective solution." I live in hope...

A poorly operated business that will cost you money

After 15+ years of using Expedia, I can only say they have become deceptive and cheats. Changed a flight, and they told me it was the same airline (Emirates), but actually changed to a different operator. Did not even disclose this. When I asked why, they said I didn't ask who was operating it. Seriously? If it's the same airline, why should the operator be different. Of course, charged the money.Asked for the cancellation, got charged the cancellation fee by the airline, but no refund has shown up.Now, Emirates says Expedia is the Travel Agent and they will issue the refund. Expedia says Emirates will issue the refund.Hours of chats with Expedia customer service, and there's just a lot of waiting.Woe to unto those who setup businesses without being able to properly serve their customers.Those = Expedia, in case it isn't obvious.Don't use them. Any time you make a change, you'll lose your money and your booking, both.

SCAMMY - 250€ UNAUTHORISED CHARGES + NO SAVED CREDITS - NO DOWNLOADS

Dreamstime did NOT rollover my credits for my initial purchase. (I was unable to use their images at the time of purchase 4 months ago, so decided to use them at a later date.) On top of this, I just realised they rebilled me the following month for the same package without my active consent. So I have used NONE of these credits I was charged for (over 250€). To be clear: I have downloaded ZERO content from Dreamstime and have the ability to download nothing in the future for the price of 250€, which they claim is normal and I should have been had knowledge about. They claim I should have read the fine print saying that they were planning on charging me again for the same package the following month! They also claim I had 30 days to dispute their unauthorised re-bill, so now they are justified in keeping the money.The ad above the same fine print they sent to justify their scam states that they role over credits, but as stated I have ZERO credits waiting in my account to us. They conveniently won't comment on this point.When I told them I was going to review them on Trustpilot and go to their bank, they refunded one of the invoices without saying. Then they had the nerve to send me an e-mail sassing me about complaining and not thanking them for their partial refund.

I absolutely love the app and most of the content but because Tamara dominates many narratives I can’t make myself renew my subscription. I don’t understand why they don’t address this. I’m sure she is lovely but goodness she is incredibly unnerving! Anything but calming.

UNI NO GO

Most shops we visit are happy to allow us to take our small dog into the store. Today we visited Uniglo in Oxford to buy my wife a birthday present. There was no sign on the door prohibiting dogs so we went in. My wife tried a number of clothes on and was asking my views when a very officious man (the manager) ordered me to leave the store. A courteous request with an explanation of company policy would have been acceptable. But needless to say his extremely rude manner means they have lost a very good customer.

Zoom insists on installing their useless and bloated app just to use their worthless chat service on mobile. I DON'T want their app installed, I want to join a meeting through Firefox (and no, I don't use ANY Chromium-based browsers).

Only put one star don't deserve even 1 rib people money of them didnt delirver takeaway but still took my money out bank of 34 .+contacted them refuse refund even though I contact the night i didnt receive my order .they are are rip off never ever trust or use them ever again how can they get away with it nop taking matters further as got all everdince I need ( think twice using them by my review I'm also telling family friends who use uber wow they definitely will not use uber for taxis or eats own doing do the crime take the consequences for there own doings scamners

Product is amazing, good service, would be slightly more helpful if the prices were in the country getting purchased from (in New Zealand) as price was slightly higher than expected (not sure if American dollar or Australian) and also having tracking numbers would make delivery timing easier but apart from those 2 things, product is amazing

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is useless and incompetent and fandango doesn’t care about its customer at all. I went to see Jumanji with my husband, had to get/pay a sitter for my kids, and the seats we got were awful. They were meant for handicapped customers which we didn’t know when we bought them because it did not specify that on fandango’s site. We immediately walked out of the movie which was starting in 7 minutes. We spoke to a manager who said that fandango would have to be the one to refund us because tickets were purchased with them. The minute I walked out of the theater I tried to call fandango but they were closed so I contacted them through chat. They said they would not refund me because the movie had already started and my ticket was scanned in. I explained that of course it was scanned in because we went in and saw the seats were awful and left. I also told the online representative that I tried speaking to the manager and they couldn’t help and said to contact fandango. So yes, with all said and done, I obviously was contacting them AFTER the movie started. Also the wait time to speak to a representative was like 20 minutes so that didn’t help. Awful business and I recommend using anything else except fandango. They do not help or care about their customers, just their policy and money.
