Dreamstime did NOT rollover my credits for my initial purchase. (I was unable to use their images at the time of purchase 4 months ago, so decided to use them at a later date.) On top of this, I just realised they rebilled me the following month for the same package without my active consent. So I have used NONE of these credits I was charged for (over 250€). To be clear: I have downloaded ZERO content from Dreamstime and have the ability to download nothing in the future for the price of 250€, which they claim is normal and I should have been had knowledge about. They claim I should have read the fine print saying that they were planning on charging me again for the same package the following month! They also claim I had 30 days to dispute their unauthorised re-bill, so now they are justified in keeping the money.The ad above the same fine print they sent to justify their scam states that they role over credits, but as stated I have ZERO credits waiting in my account to us. They conveniently won't comment on this point.When I told them I was going to review them on Trustpilot and go to their bank, they refunded one of the invoices without saying. Then they had the nerve to send me an e-mail sassing me about complaining and not thanking them for their partial refund.
