Using the pro version – used to be a great tool but now the ContentAI feature doesn’t work for a while – opened a ticked and 3 weeks later still no answer – just some AI generated response.Updated and waited for a fix – ended up canceling my subscription. I will look for a different tool. So sad since it used to work just fine now it doesn’t and it is full of bugs – very annoying. And all the support we get is AI-generated.You should offer proper support for your products. I am very disappointed and I am sorry that I’ve recommended your services.

I made a purchase through Google as it was classed as a trusted company. I sti haven't received my purchase and I'm not getting any replies from the company. I believe this to be a fraudulent company and would never have used them if it wasn't for Google stating it was a trusted company.
