Locked Out, Billed Monthly, and Ignored: Apple Won’t Let Me Cancel Apple TV

I’ve been stuck in a billing nightmare with Apple since February 17, 2024. I’ve been trying to cancel an Apple TV subscription I no longer want, but I’m locked out of my account due to a broken security verification process. Even after passing all steps, the “Continue” button does nothing. I’m stuck in a loop I can’t escape—and I’m being charged $14.55 CAD every month.I contacted Apple Support multiple times. Their “solution”? Cancel your bank card. That was their only advice. No workaround. No fix. Nothing.I’ve now: Spoken with multiple agents Submitted a BBB complaint Escalated it formallyAnd Apple’s final response? “Our position remains unchanged, and the matter is closed.”They have refused to cancel the subscription or refund the charges, even though I literally can’t access the service or stop the billing due to their own broken systems. This is not just bad customer service—it’s a breach of consumer trust.Apple has made it impossible to cancel a recurring charge, even when their own support acknowledges I’ve verified everything correctly. At this point, it feels like intentional billing entrapment.If you're ever locked out of an Apple account, don’t expect help. Don’t expect fairness. And don’t expect a refund—even if you’re paying for something you can’t use and didn’t authorize.

Using the pro version – used to be a great tool but now the ContentAI feature doesn’t work for a while – opened a ticked and 3 weeks later still no answer – just some AI generated response.Updated and waited for a fix – ended up canceling my subscription. I will look for a different tool. So sad since it used to work just fine now it doesn’t and it is full of bugs – very annoying. And all the support we get is AI-generated.You should offer proper support for your products. I am very disappointed and I am sorry that I’ve recommended your services.
