If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is useless and incompetent and fandango doesn’t care about its customer at all. I went to see Jumanji with my husband, had to get/pay a sitter for my kids, and the seats we got were awful. They were meant for handicapped customers which we didn’t know when we bought them because it did not specify that on fandango’s site. We immediately walked out of the movie which was starting in 7 minutes. We spoke to a manager who said that fandango would have to be the one to refund us because tickets were purchased with them. The minute I walked out of the theater I tried to call fandango but they were closed so I contacted them through chat. They said they would not refund me because the movie had already started and my ticket was scanned in. I explained that of course it was scanned in because we went in and saw the seats were awful and left. I also told the online representative that I tried speaking to the manager and they couldn’t help and said to contact fandango. So yes, with all said and done, I obviously was contacting them AFTER the movie started. Also the wait time to speak to a representative was like 20 minutes so that didn’t help. Awful business and I recommend using anything else except fandango. They do not help or care about their customers, just their policy and money.
