The worst customer service by far…

I didn’t receive rewards in SWGOH and contacted EA support who after explaining the problem to a few times they directed me to the in game EA Help function. Why they did not do this immediately is anybody’s guess. I clearly stated the issue including screen shots. The first agent asked a pointless question and after I answered this they disappeared. The next agent did the same. This happened 5 times. Each agent appeared not to have any knowledge of SWGOH and did not seem to understand the problem. This process took 4 weeks & still hasn’t been resolved or even acknowledged. I get the impression that EA just expect people to give up after totally wasting their time. I wish I could give a zero review as it’s the worst customer experience I have experienced.

DO NOT GET ATT! Their fraud department flagged my account for no reason, then denied me adding a line. and refused to tell me why. I have my bill on auto pay and have never missed it, I have excellent credit and make great money. There is no reason to treat a 16 year customer this way. I will be seeking other alternatives for cell phone service.

Grossly incompetent!

This is the most incompetent organisation I have ever had the displeasure of knowing.I have open issues with one of their products going back four months now, and I keep being told that their 'engineers' are still investigating them. Pretty obvious that these 'engineers' are incompetent and utterly useless!!I have raised a complaint about the way my case is being handled, and it's also abundantly clear that QB UK have absolutely NO idea how to handle complaints either.The products they are selling simply do not deliver what they are advertised to do, so clearly they are breaking advertising laws.The way I am being treated is beyond belief, this is a well known business, but their customer care and support can only be described as crap!

Unacceptable services with Tripadvisor. Refusal to publish genuine review.

I am writing this review on Tripadvisor as they rejected my negative review based on actual facts I experienced during my stay at Rodos Palace hotel in Rhodes Island in Greece. Already appealed their decision not to publish, I believe people have the right to know, my review was worded in a civilized manner. Μάλλον προς αποφυγήν.The ultimate disorganization.We have been visiting Rodoss Palace for multiple time in a row for a number of years, unfortunately the customer service is getting worse and worse.Breakfast: Slow-moving staff, tables that sit dirty for hours wondering when the waiters will remember to clear so customers can be seated.Serious technical problems: clogged sink which we had to remind several times to have a technician come to unclog it (he had to come 2 times and on different days for the same repair)!!As if that wasn't enough, the door to the supposedly executive wing room we are in, does not close by itself, throughout our stay, we have been here since Sunday 25th August with the problem remaining unresolved by management until tonight 28th August which I am writing this review despite the visit of a technician who was supposed to fix the fault immediately, despite the promise of the same technician and the service manager that same evening that the issue would be resolved the next day, that is today Wednesday 28th of August. We are lucky that even with the door open in our absence we haven't been robbed yet.Despite our good mood and willingness to come again for multiple time, unfortunately our stay ends with bad impressions. Probably the ultimate draft/declining hotel. Impressive on the outside, unfortunately without substance and content. Congratulations on the nadir they have fallen into.Rather to avoid, not to waste your money........................

Would give TFL 0 stars if I could

TFL are rotten to the core. Their ethos is to fleece decent hard working people of money by making it almost impossible to deal with them - and what sort of organisation puts ULEZ cameras at the Royal Marsden to fleece visitors who are out of the area of £90? Disgusting behaviour. They deliberately lie in their responses to FoIs, even to MPs, and evade answering the real questions relating to ULEZ (e.g. total cost of repair to damaged cameras) by giving totally misleading and dishonest answers (when they feel like responding and aren’t hiding behind the ICO). A wholesale change in management is need to change this so there’s transparency about where all the money goes that has been misspent. Hopefully when Khan gets the boot the new mayor will make TfLs mismanagement public knowledge and root out the rottenness pervading TFL.

I went to the Philadelphia Art Museum…

I went to the Philadelphia Art Museum Target to pick up my online order. When I enter the store there was a young man already helping a customer in front of me. There was also another associate on the side playing with a dog and talking with someone. I thought she wasn't working until the man with the dog ask can I pay for this order here she said yes and started ringing him up. I was like so you going to act like you don't see me standing here. I was like don't make a seen because I was about to go off on her but I didn't. I was running on time so I had to get my stuff and go but that was very rude and professional on her part. Online order and pickup in store is supposed to go smoothly but it definitely didn't. The young man was very nice and help me with my order but the lady needs some more customer service training.

Best Andrew McMahon in The Wilderness show I have attended in these last 2 years. This was also, by far my favorite Meet & Greet I have attended. The staff at the House of Blues, as well as Mr. McMahon's crew were very, very kind, courtesy and accommodating to those who needed a little assistance. 5 Stars to ALL

Printer not working? Chat bot says to replace. Zero customer service

Have been having issues with my printer for a while now and have tried troubleshooting. Unfortunately customer service is NON-EXISTANT. Finally tried trouble shooting with the virtual agent (robot with canned options and responses) and after all troubleshooting failed to resolved smeared ink, it told me to replace my computer. I canceled instant ink immediately yesterday and unfortunately I'm a couple of days into my billing cycle and I just received a notification that more ink is on its way! AWESOME. Tried to reach out to customer service again, but again, it does not exist. There are links to email them which lead to dead pages or sending you running in circles having you log in at each new page. Absolute garbage. Lack of customer service alone makes me never want to purchase another HP products. I purchased another brand today. Not sure if it will be better, but it certainly can't be any worse!

Leistung, Selbstachtung und Intelligenz sucht man dort vergebens.

Facebook Developer Platform Is Broken & Restrictive

It’s incredible how a company like Facebook (Meta) keeps getting worse. I don’t use Facebook as a regular user but strictly as a developer. My old account stopped receiving admin notifications, making it impossible to manage permissions.To work around this, I created a new account, and while I now receive admin notifications, my account is too new to create an API. Meta forces interaction on the platform, with no dedicated entry for developers who just need API access without using Facebook socially.To make things worse, I tried to contact Developer Support, but even that access is blocked by Facebook’s algorithms. This system is completely broken, leaving developers stuck with no way to move forward. Meta needs to rethink how it supports the developer community.
