Mercari is Horrible. I’ve been a buyer and seller on mercari for over 4 years. The one time a seller misled me into a purchase and I tried to return the item, mercari would not allow it and denied me. There is no buyer protection. Mercari doesn’t care if a buyer gets screwed over from a seller. If an item is received, then in mercari’s eyes, nothing is wrong. So much for being a loyal seller/buyer on this app. What a joke

This app used to be good. Now they added service and purchasing fees. Bought something for 75, ended up being 95. Mercari is stealing your money! Also more scams are happening, because of the return for any reason policy. This website is a scam center now.

Kobo is easy. For ebook, audiobooks and even equipment. I bought 2 ereaders. I received them in short time. I had a problem with one of them. I called and the service was very helpful and kind. It now works fine. It keeps its charge for a long time.

Nigel S (Intuit QuickBooks Customer Success Expert) proved very helpful and he was able to determine what the solution was to my problem within approximately 15-20 minutes. He also suggested entering this into a Feedback form and guided me through the entire process from how to attach things, to almost the exact wording on everything I had to do (including non-QuickBooks, e.g. Microsoft Edge settings).This made it very easy and clear to fix my issue, while simultaneously feeling heard and taken seriously. Very grateful for his assistance, wish I could have a direct line straight to him for future.

Still waiting on a refund or for them to provide the order. Made a complaint and request for refund - no response. Terrible service!!! Will never, ever use or recommend B&N again! This once reputable business are now crooks and thieves!

Been using Expressvpn for a few months. It is very difficult to navigate their website. There is NO TELEPHONE support. Extremely difficult to deal with support issues. Apparently there is no corporate office. This vpn eats battery life and causes big problems when when attempting to purchase items from dozens of websites. DO NOT RECOMMEND EXPRESSVPN.
