Have been having issues with my printer for a while now and have tried troubleshooting. Unfortunately customer service is NON-EXISTANT. Finally tried trouble shooting with the virtual agent (robot with canned options and responses) and after all troubleshooting failed to resolved smeared ink, it told me to replace my computer. I canceled instant ink immediately yesterday and unfortunately I'm a couple of days into my billing cycle and I just received a notification that more ink is on its way! AWESOME. Tried to reach out to customer service again, but again, it does not exist. There are links to email them which lead to dead pages or sending you running in circles having you log in at each new page. Absolute garbage. Lack of customer service alone makes me never want to purchase another HP products. I purchased another brand today. Not sure if it will be better, but it certainly can't be any worse!
