This is the most incompetent organisation I have ever had the displeasure of knowing.I have open issues with one of their products going back four months now, and I keep being told that their 'engineers' are still investigating them. Pretty obvious that these 'engineers' are incompetent and utterly useless!!I have raised a complaint about the way my case is being handled, and it's also abundantly clear that QB UK have absolutely NO idea how to handle complaints either.The products they are selling simply do not deliver what they are advertised to do, so clearly they are breaking advertising laws.The way I am being treated is beyond belief, this is a well known business, but their customer care and support can only be described as crap!
