It was very easy to navigate thru…

It was very easy to navigate thru Experian. My request took little time to understand what I needed to do and to execute. Someone got into my credit and tried to buy a car under my name Experian alerted me and was able to shut that down. I am greatful. If I ever need to unlock my credit, Experian advised me to follow the same steps to unlock my credit. I love the identify verification steps. Only I know the answers.

This is actually a spammer site masked as a web designer community website.Once you subscribe, you won't ever be able to stop their emails. Unsubscribing doesn't help, they keep sending their trash to your inbox, and the worst part is that somehow they get through Google's spam filters.

I can't begin to tell you how horrible…

I can't begin to tell you how horrible the customer service is! They charged my account after I cancelled, then after receiving a refund (had to get my bank to do it because they never responded to emails!) they again charged my account after they had cancelled my account. I caught the charges 4 months later and requested a refund from their care customer service only to receive an auto reply that this email was no longer being monitored. So I contacted my bank and again had them get it refunded. I received a reply from a very rude customer care person from the email account that "wasn't monitored" stating that I would not get a refund and that I wasn't owed anything. I told them it was fraudulent charges and I would get a refund and then I got another email from "the manager" again from the non-active email for their customer service (seems to be working just fine!) stating again that I would get no refund and was owed nothing back. Wow. Just wow! The absolute smugness, the horrible customer service! I will NEVER AGAIN use care.com DEAD TO ME. They just want $$$$$$!!!!

Wa$$ted flights

Absolutely horrible experience with Expedia. And we were regular customers…until now. We missed our flight from Paris to Switzerland. We ended up buying a one way flight for later that night, direct with Air France for nearly $800! as we had other bookings to get to, also & unfortunately made thru Expedia. That was all bad enough however, upon preparing to fly back days later, we get a notice that our, previously paid for, return flight has been canceled since we didn’t make the first leg of it, what?? There was no previous communication to us on this matter. It has been explained since then that this policy is found in the contract (aka: fine print), whatever! So we end up booking a 4 hr train for another $300 to avoid the $800 flight repeat. And our prior $400 charge with Expedia was never used but fattened their bottom line. We called Expedia, and Swiss Air numerous times to remedy this but to no avail. All they could do is point fingers at ea other playing the blame game. In fact, it was explained to us by Expedia that “the Expedia App canceled the return flight but that it wasn’t done by Expedia,” huh? This one is untimately on Expedia, our trusted “travel agent.” Shame on them for this poor business practice and total disregard for supporting a long standing Silver level, repeat customer. So what should have been $400 cost us $1500. Bravo Expedia!!Now to get this word out on numerous platforms to warn others.

Breached my consumer rights

Breached my consumer rights. I downloaded a game that wont load and they are going to keep my money. Im seeking advice from which and will be reporting to trading standards. It took me over half an hour to get put through to an agent and yet my issue was not resolved. In minutes sony has gone from my favourite companies to my one of my least favourites. I will not be downloading another game as i fear my money will be lost if it doesn’t work. I also dont see myself buying future consoles because this despicable behaviour is unacceptable and is all designed to steal or collect details and will be returning to my trusted nintendo. My case number is 36489123.

The pictures, the information they have come up, has been great. Only problem is my tablet. It is an old one and keeps acting up. I enjoy what I have found out and where my ancestors came from. I hope I can find someone who is alive so I could meet them

A bit of a let down

A bit of a let down. Having traced my families history, and making contact with relatives in Turkey, and knowing the migration pattern of my family to the Balkans, it's a bit odd there's no connection to Turkey at all. The traits that are given as "likely traits" that I may have from being born in the region are almost at 100% inaccurate. I might try 23andMe to see if the results are different, but this added nothing to my existing knowledge.

Xbox has become an awfully over priced company!

For someone who's used xbox my whole life i have to admit it's gone down hill a lot, its awful now, the consoles take forever to install games, very slow the games are far to big in size, and most of all overpriced, even game pass is hugely over priced and almost not worth it, I had an xbox last year in 2024 and game pass was like £11.99 or somthing, I moaned about it then in price thinking it was bit over priced, I sold my xbox that December and got another in 2025 and found that consoles are a still way over priced and game pass had gone up by £3 and nothing had changed to warrant that big increase in price, the games also are ridiculous priced, xbox has become am expensive joke. And if things get worse especially with game pass I will be selling my xbox and won't be get another one or paying another penny towards xbox/Microsoft. You should be seeing prices come down on older consoles and game pass shouldn't be getting ridiculous overpriced especially with nothing new added to warrent that increase, I for one have had enough of price hikes like this.Let alone the long time frames for games like call of duty a ridiculous 320Gb install size and taking over a day to install its a complete joke, the company has become a joke and rather than my go to console you will soon be forgotten in my life if things carry on the way they are. Your ripping your loyal customers odd to the hilt.

Bad business practices/scam

Automatic renewal of my contract at a higher rate with no notification. I’m unable to even view my contract online. I’ve been unable to reach any customer service. Refused to work with me during the pandemic to offer any lenience after being a client of theirs since 2013. Unscrupulous company. I regret every penny I ever paid. Am now fighting to get this “contract” canceled and my money back as I face a very difficult off season.

After less than 8 years the clear coat on my Nissan Altima Hybrid is peeling and flaking off. When I called Nissan Corporate, Nissan's attitude was "Tough Bounce". My rejoinder is, "I will never buy another Nissan again. Any time I am asked my opinion about Nissan, I'll tell the asker, 'Find another car company'." Nissan, you just bought a "million dollars" of negative advertising.

Don't become a victim lol

Literally made a trust pilot acct for this. Basically I bought Crocs for myself a couple of months ago from the website, everything was great, ultimate comfy, the hype is real. The second pair though???...after they shipped the tracker gave me an error (I think they got lost at Croc's warehouse) called them and was able to refund the order. Reordered in a color that was "low in stock" and only to happened to see the shoes were canceled when I checked the tracking info. I guess they were out of stock but no email or anything. I'm skeptical I'll be actually getting a refund for either orders too. If you want Crocs go to an actual store and thank me later.

Will not buy anything from Zara gain! Never delivered an items and still waiting over 2weeks now. Contacted them on WhatsApp twice and being ignored. Not even a phone number to speak to anybody. It’s disgraceful to steal the money from people and not sending the items!!!
