Their 'fact checks' go against basic reality and tangible evidence in front of someone's very eyes. It is the most mindless gas lighting one can witness. Heavily left biased and with zero credibility.Avoid.

We've been a client for three years. Can't tell you how annoying it is to agree to an upgrade thinking you're going to get access to everything advertised, but then they remove a common sense aspects to make you upgrade again. For example we upgraded to be able to customize all the Contact fields BUT if you all your sales team members to have the same arrangement/order of fields, that requires another upgrade. Nothing is straightforward with this company. To boot, upgrading is allowed but not downgrading until the end of the contract.

I still have no update from the transport company about when my shoes will be delivered. The last update was 5 days ago to say it was on it's way but nothing since, no indication in the transport companies website either. I was hoping to be wearing them by now. I love your items, I miss the physical shop you used to have in Barcelona where I used to shop. I appreciate your prompt response however there is still no ETA days and understand this is not your fault but rather the delivery company.*the delivery company is supposed to deliver the parcel to the drop off point shop I selected. They have indeed twice emailed me an automated email to say they have attempted to deliver but i wasn't home and tried to contact me but there was no answer. Tipsa have not tried to contact me and I don't unserstand why they would if they are meant to drop it off at my local drop off shop and not my house. Furthermore I have just spoken to your customer service and they could not help me and told me to contact Tipsa directly by phone. I emailed Tipsa on Friday... still no answer. I have tried to call them now and the number just goes to an automated voice that says no one is available and just goes to a voicemail and there is no other way to get in touch with them. This is very frustrating and i placed this order on the 28th of May already!!! Please help!!!!!!!!
