Literally made a trust pilot acct for this. Basically I bought Crocs for myself a couple of months ago from the website, everything was great, ultimate comfy, the hype is real. The second pair though???...after they shipped the tracker gave me an error (I think they got lost at Croc's warehouse) called them and was able to refund the order. Reordered in a color that was "low in stock" and only to happened to see the shoes were canceled when I checked the tracking info. I guess they were out of stock but no email or anything. I'm skeptical I'll be actually getting a refund for either orders too. If you want Crocs go to an actual store and thank me later.
