Broken promises and poor service! Black Friday "deal" has turned out to be a nightmare. I got charged $700 and more for the first 3 months because they claim they couldn't find my trade in phones! I have auto-pay and they didn't care or work with me. What if I didn't have the funds to cover the bill? AT&T is strictly about money and I will be leaving ASAP.

Do not recommend, extremely glitchy and scheduled posts regularly encounter problems in every channel1. Instagram gets disconnected every week and scheduled posts are not being uploaded2. LinkedIn content is posted but only 10% of it, cutting off after the first sentenceCustomer service is terrible. I was charged the annual fee upfront and it's a rip-off - no discount or refund offered despite the multiple bad experiences.

Appalling Customer Service!Im trying to change the phone number for my online self assessment so i can get an access code.Im not on my 8th call to the 5th department. Getting pushed form pillar to post, no further into the process.its stressful enough dealing with Tax, but being told you have a puzzle to solve, by the customer services, before i get it sorted does not help!!!

Worst customer experience I've ever had. There was an issue with my payment, I updated credit card info but they won't charge it even though I got in touch two weeks ago. They replied after those two weeks (!) without resolving my issue. I have taken several assignments and will not be meeting deadlines because of their inability to provide support to paying customers.

oke so i had bought a expensive mic around 600euro product worked for what around 1 and a half year without a problem than interferance problem so i went and use my warranty says 1 to 2 weeks well that became longer about a month as i had to ask for when it would come back and then they would send it of course the problem still stayed so i ask a friend of mine that does a audio education study they look at it and they saw they hadnt even opened the microphone so yea only giving 2 stars cause the product itself was good not buying of them again probably

Don’t trust these with your money, any issues the customer service is non existent.. they can tweet casseroles of nonsense all day but don’t have anyone to respond to queries. I transferred money OVER A WEEK AGO to my fiat wallet, it has not appeared and the customer service have completely ignored me. Use Coinbase, much safer and helpful

A so called Crypto.com broker reached out to me about investing. After much trepidation and research it looked legit and I was in a tight spot so I took a chance. All looked well and after 6 months it was time to make a withdrawal. I was first told it would take $6,000 to cover the taxes and then told they had made a mistake and it would be $10,000, I called them out as scammers and turned it over to the FBI. Avoid Crypto.com, Will Howe and CoinMarketCap at all costs.

used it for about a month or two, got ~50$ in donations and they locked my account because they couldnt verify that i was getting money from real people or something similar. i sent two requests for appeal and never heard back. everything was refunded after another month (luckily i can contact them about this)adding on for the reply:"here" doesnt link to anything, though i assume it was a link for either the appeal process or the initial review page. the only reason why my account would be terminated is due to it being against the TOS or other guidelines, which it wasnt. i received zero communication outside of notifications on the website with no human interaction at all. i never got a followup email and in the end was disabled without a sign of anyone actually reading my requests or acknowledging them.
