Worst customer experience ever

Worst customer experience I've ever had. There was an issue with my payment, I updated credit card info but they won't charge it even though I got in touch two weeks ago. They replied after those two weeks (!) without resolving my issue. I have taken several assignments and will not be meeting deadlines because of their inability to provide support to paying customers.
