A so called Crypto.com broker reached out to me about investing. After much trepidation and research it looked legit and I was in a tight spot so I took a chance. All looked well and after 6 months it was time to make a withdrawal. I was first told it would take $6,000 to cover the taxes and then told they had made a mistake and it would be $10,000, I called them out as scammers and turned it over to the FBI. Avoid Crypto.com, Will Howe and CoinMarketCap at all costs.

used it for about a month or two, got ~50$ in donations and they locked my account because they couldnt verify that i was getting money from real people or something similar. i sent two requests for appeal and never heard back. everything was refunded after another month (luckily i can contact them about this)adding on for the reply:"here" doesnt link to anything, though i assume it was a link for either the appeal process or the initial review page. the only reason why my account would be terminated is due to it being against the TOS or other guidelines, which it wasnt. i received zero communication outside of notifications on the website with no human interaction at all. i never got a followup email and in the end was disabled without a sign of anyone actually reading my requests or acknowledging them.

Don’t trust these with your money, any issues the customer service is non existent.. they can tweet casseroles of nonsense all day but don’t have anyone to respond to queries. I transferred money OVER A WEEK AGO to my fiat wallet, it has not appeared and the customer service have completely ignored me. Use Coinbase, much safer and helpful

Trying to watch the Masters golf tournament and Hulu quits, “Lost connection” about every 2 minutes. And it show there’s a feed on CBS but when you go there it’s a cornhole tournament. Hulu has frozen and reset ever since we started using it. I don’t recommend it. Looking at other options.

I ordered an accent cabinet, it arrived damaged with shards of fiberglass. As if that wasn’t enough, there were multiple pieces missing. Customer service was rude and condescending, I truly have never experienced anything like it. I even spoke to a supervisor who had the nerve to say “it just seems like you’re not happy today.” I’m out $300 and my only option is to buy a box, and lug a 100lb item to fedex. Obviously I didn’t order this thinking I’d have to return it, because I know I can’t carry this item by myself. The only other option they offered was a $20 credit. Truly disappointing all around.

Facebook has allowed a video of a family members last words before attempting to take their life to be online for more than 24 hours (insta too). It's disrespectful to the family & the person and also these videos have been watched +/- 2000 times so it's promoting suicide. Multiple people have reported it and contacted Facebook and it's still up. This could give some other poor soul struggling an idea. They need to be more on dangerous content. Is safety or views/ money more important to them?

This platform has become a SELLER favored site and said "F the buyer we'll charge them more"...A LOT MORE. *** For BUYERS, we charge a 10% service fee and 2.9% of the combined item sold price and shipping price + $0.50 processing fee for all purchases ***I purchased an item for $380. After all their processing fees, service fees, additional shipping fees the item was over $450. This site is a scam now and is price gouging through an illusion that it is helping the seller. Yet still charging sellers to take out their money. Shame on you Mercari. Really hope you see some legal ramifications.
