Appalling Customer Service!Im trying to change the phone number for my online self assessment so i can get an access code.Im not on my 8th call to the 5th department. Getting pushed form pillar to post, no further into the process.its stressful enough dealing with Tax, but being told you have a puzzle to solve, by the customer services, before i get it sorted does not help!!!
