I placed an order online. I went through the payment process and the whole 9 yards but never got my food. I went to the store to try to get this resolved, and even though I showed proof that I was in contact with Customer Service, the manager would not do anything to help. I called Customer Service and they saw the problem. The problem was in the app which was no fault of mine. It took 2 1/2 hours before I was able to get food. Neither the manager or Customer Service offered any compensation. I think that’s ridiculous because it took 2 1/2 hours to get food from them. I was paying $25 on top of what it cost to get the food in the store. I don’t think I will ever use them again.

The worst shopping experience ever.As other customers mentioned, there’s no tracking for your package, no shipping update and expected delivery. I have ordered my drawer for almost a month, and still don’t know where it’s now, and when its going to be delivered. And calling their customer service takes 180mins waiting time.

I purchased a nebula projector. And I did NOT receive it the sent me a USB C charger. I spoke with the supervisor said they can't send the projector i have to send the cord back and get a refund. I will not purchase anything else from newegg again.

Not even sure where to begin. Tried to cancel warranty over a year ago and told no problem lets get that process started for you. Payments kept coming out so called dells technical support team to address it was told it was customer cares department, transferred to them and was told its Dells preferred customer department, ect. ect. A year and a bit later still fighting it only to be told it was against my policy to cancel after 30days (useful info to know on the first call). Important note aside from dells internal collections literally until today not a single other department could even find this money oweing. After a year and a bit get offered a $100 courtesy for all the misunderstandings. Tally up the hours spent on the phone dealing with it works out to about $1 an hour roughly and based on overall time basically $0.25 a day. Seriously customer service can make or break a company and just reading the reviews here and my own personal experience your customer service has destroyed yours. Will never reccomend a dell product to anyone ever again and anyone mentioning they will be purchasing i will do everything in my power to steer them away so they dont have to go through this complete and udder neglect for basic customer service.

Two Dell sales reps recommended incompatible connectors. I spoke with Dell tech support and they confirmed that sales reps were selling incompatible items.I was billed $55.00 for speaking with Dell tech support. Dell tech support isn't really Dell. It's a 3rd party off-shore company. However they did refund the $55.00 after I complained. I wasn't so concerned about $55.00, but thought Dell should know about their sales people. But Dell sales is still recommending the incompatible parts.
