Broken promises and poor service

Broken promises and poor service! Black Friday "deal" has turned out to be a nightmare. I got charged $700 and more for the first 3 months because they claim they couldn't find my trade in phones! I have auto-pay and they didn't care or work with me. What if I didn't have the funds to cover the bill? AT&T is strictly about money and I will be leaving ASAP.
