After my experience on August 26th and staying at holiday inns for 30 years, I won’t stay at one again. Non smoking room was definitely smoking, when went in room a employee was in our bathroom for no apparent reason ( we must have caught him by surprise), filthy carpet, bathroom dirty, and bed was like a motel 6 quality. We will only opted for newer holiday inn express. I brought these issues to management and got no satisfaction. I even completed the same comments on their survey and they would not allow it saying it was “ offensive language”.

My company hired WebMD for marketing services on two different occasions both times they lied about the leads they were sending to us. We called a few leads and they asked how did you even get my information. WebMDs marketing department are liars and garbage at what they do. Bad business.

I attempted to purchase a record on Discogs. The seller had a problem with his PayPal account and was unable to accept my payment. This is the only payment method the seller offered. I communicated with the seller and he attempted to resolve his problem with PayPal. In the meantime, 7 days passed and Discogs gave me a negative rating (the first negative rating I have had on any site, including over 300 purchases on ebay). I sent the email streams between the seller and me to Discogs customer service to no avail. I still intend to pay for the record in spite of all this (that is only fair to the seller). Once that is accomplished, I will close the Discogs account and never use the service again. This is about as shoddy a business operation I have come across since the invention of the Internet. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have a free account so didn’t expect too much. Even so my expectations turned out to be wildly optimistic. Complete waste of time trying to delete an old account, I’m just being passed from one inept customer service person to another. The same emails word for word. It’s like being stuck in a time loop. Glad I didn’t have a paid account!

I had Mark and Adam come out and install seven windows in our condo. We went over what we need to be done and they did it faster than I thought they would. The work looks good and they kept everything clean. This was the second time we use Joyce’s we moved recently. Both experiences were very good.
