I popped to my local station and the guy on the check out knew nothing about the product I wanted to buy iBreathe Pocket eCig, didn’t know what liquid goes with it the prices the deals nothing very very un happy the staff need training on products. £14.99 in the bin on a product I can’t use because sold me the wrong liquid and it’s broken the device.

I would absolutely NOT recommend Shopify for any business with an online store. I have had Shopify since September 2021. All was going well woth my site and business when suddenly on Tuesday April 11th they put all of my pending customer deposits on hold saying that I was selling "Branded" items and was in violation of their Terms and Conditions. This was complete bs. They wanted me to send the wholesale receipts where I purchased a specific GC belt along with a quilted purse and I did just that. I was not passing any of my items as a "Brand" although the GC belt was "brand inspired". Selling brand inspired items is NOT illegal. No brand names were being used whatsoever and my items were purchased legally from a legal US company that many Boutiques use. Apparently my information was sent to their "banking partners" and three days after the initial notification, Friday, April 14th, Shopify Abruptly CLOSED my site! My entire Boutique just gone!! They sent me an email stating I had 7 days to download or transfer whatever information I needed before they wipe the site clean!! I have lossed so much money and they basically left me scrambling trying to find a Website designer who can transfer all of my items and information onto another platform. This is all so shocking and a horrible business practice. There's no one for me to speak to, the chat service was absolutely no help, and I responded to that final "termination" email begging for someone to please explain and talk to me and as of today, Sunday April 16th, I still have not received a response. This should not be legal. Something should be put in place to protect consumers from false accusations. This is just not right and I will never refer Shopify to anyone starting a business. They claim you can get a free one week trial to download 15 photos. You have to provide a credit card in case you don't cancel in one week. But it is a bate and switch. They automatically charge you for the 15 downloads. If you try to cancel they say they only gave you watermarked images for your trial. If you want non-watermarked images you have to pay. Then you have to argue to get a refund even if you cancel.

First of all, this is about amazon .ca. placed order , item in stock. However, item not shipped no information as to when or even if ever it will be shipped. Order cannot be cancelled, again no information other than , not shipped, cannot be cancelled. This is unsatisfactory, and unacceptable. This is unlike amazon.ca, otherwise have always been excellent, for 20 years. yes I first purchased when there was no .ca, and get this they only sold books!! In fact, amazon has always been my first choice, I hope they can return to the service I had come to expect.

They never delivered the item, yet they charged me and now waiting for a refund after 6 weeks! Like others' experience, beware as they are sneaky (called in 4 times to chase my money). On the third instance, I was told the refund would have been actioned in 24hrs. Check your statements as they hope you forget about it. I will definitely not, and see where is it going...

Won’t let you play Minecraft on Play station unless you buy the game pass at £15 a month. Just to play one game is an absolute joke. Then you will need PS PLUS another £10 so it’s £25 a month just to play one game online. Time to kick consoles into touch and only buy gaming PCs from now on. The greed of these people is disguising I think criminals would treats people better and fairer than this lol.

Knowing the item was not in stock they should have at least had the decency to tell me first. very disappointed as this was supposed to be a bday gift, now no gift and no money...

I set out to try to avoid Quickbooks and sought out an alternative that led me to Freshbooks. I decided to start with the trial and thankful I did as I was about to be thankful I didn't just purchase outright.To start off, Day 1 the online app services began 'chugging' slower and slower and ultimately this led to what appeared to be a network outage or severe congestion. I understand this can happen and I rolled with it. I had some general setup questions and I exhausted online Help options and placed a call to ask for help. After 10 minutes I was offered a callback rather than having to continue to hold in que which was nice except they didn't call back in the timeframe they stated (not close) and left a message saying sorry we missed you - call back. didn't leave any ticket or incident number to reference. I called back again and got the same result. After they finally called back between 20-30 minutes after I opted for the callback rather than the 10 minutes stated (I should have known) then I was on another scheduled call and received a very similar, almost exact message again.Day 2 I decided to email and as such I received an auto responder message that assigned a ticket number but then all day and no follow up with a "human". I followed up 3 different times as I was still legitimately trying to set up some live projects and expenses associated as well as invoicing. I ended up manually building invoices to present to the clients so the revenue and payment terms would begin as we didn't want to lose another day.As I sit here on the eve of Day 2 at 6:15 PM, no response...
