order confirmed but I haven't heard from them in 10 days. then I had to call they took payment to then tell me the item I wanted is NOT in stock... now going through a refund process and I am very annoyed. Knowing the item was not in stock they should have at least had the decency to tell me first. very disappointed as this was supposed to be a bday gift, now no gift and no money...
