Bad Experience and Worse Support

I set out to try to avoid Quickbooks and sought out an alternative that led me to Freshbooks. I decided to start with the trial and thankful I did as I was about to be thankful I didn't just purchase outright.To start off, Day 1 the online app services began 'chugging' slower and slower and ultimately this led to what appeared to be a network outage or severe congestion. I understand this can happen and I rolled with it. I had some general setup questions and I exhausted online Help options and placed a call to ask for help. After 10 minutes I was offered a callback rather than having to continue to hold in que which was nice except they didn't call back in the timeframe they stated (not close) and left a message saying sorry we missed you - call back. didn't leave any ticket or incident number to reference. I called back again and got the same result. After they finally called back between 20-30 minutes after I opted for the callback rather than the 10 minutes stated (I should have known) then I was on another scheduled call and received a very similar, almost exact message again.Day 2 I decided to email and as such I received an auto responder message that assigned a ticket number but then all day and no follow up with a "human". I followed up 3 different times as I was still legitimately trying to set up some live projects and expenses associated as well as invoicing. I ended up manually building invoices to present to the clients so the revenue and payment terms would begin as we didn't want to lose another day.As I sit here on the eve of Day 2 at 6:15 PM, no response...
