cancelled wedding giftThe product was purchased off the wedding registry as a gift in January. At the 6 week point I called someone at customer service as the order had been delayed-I was assured that inventory was coming back in and I would be guaranteed shipment. 2 weeks later I was notified the order was cancelled as the item was now discontinued! It was still available in some stores but apparently my previous priority order got no priority at all. I was able to locate it on Ebay and quickly bought it and it was shipped to the future bride and groom. The product btw is of excellent quality. Rest assured I will Never purchase anything from this disreputable company again, and will pass the word to shop elsewhere! No wonder the company is closing stores and going out of business. The product was fine btw.

Don't buy "Onsite Support" or "Premium Care Onsite Support" from Lenovo as they won't do things when you have problems.I had bought onsite support and now as my laptop is missing 2 non-standard screws on the bottom cover they won’t help. They cannot send them, so I could fix it myself and they can't send a guy to put them in(onsite support), because that is not covered by Onsite Support and it's against company policy to just send the screws.If they could just send it it would be less cost for them and I can still use my PC as I need it because of Covid-19.From Lenovo Vantage:Onsite Support- Parts & Labor- Basic Phone Support for hardware Issues- Faster - repairs done at your locationThen Why did I buy support if I can't get the part or the onsite support? This bureaucracy is what kills a company.

Easy to setup on Android/Windows devices and even easier to configure thanks to a minimalistic interface with few vital settings to tweak to suit your personal preferences. Updates are typically lightweight and quick to install and the entire VPN itself itself isnt so resource intensive which is fantastic. I have held a subscription for the past 2-3 years and have yet to experience any hiccups whatsoever.
