I lost 850 euros renting on Agoda, I’m a home owner renting on Agoda, guest booked many times and paid to Agoda, and according to Agoda policy, 30 days after the guest departure, I submitted my bank information to receive payouts, but Agoda sent less money and they couldn’t provide a bank transfer proof, and after I called a few times, they rejected my bank account using all excuses, not to pay out the remaining 850 EUROS in my Agoda’s account. Their company name is Agoda Company Pte Ltd, I think this is just virtual office address. hope UK law can work on these scammer.
