1) My laptop or phone saying the printer is printing and it isn't after several attempts. It can often take 5-10 minutes, sometimes more for printer to print.2) Printer does not print queued items.3) Unused sheets don't appear to rollover as promised in original subscription contract.4) HP very quick to switch off printer capabilities remotely if card details change and payment does not clear BUT extremely slow to switch on capabilities after credit card updated - I'm still waiting after a week and I urgently need to print. 5) No way to contact them directly.Recommend not subscribing to HP ink.
