I will never use booking.com again!

I will never use booking.com again!! They were no help trying to get a hotel cancelled 5 minutes after booking it because the way the app worked I thought I was scrolling to see different rooms at the hotel I wanted although actually when I was scrolling to the right not down it was giving me other hotels (which I don't understand if I already picked the hotel ) I told them I just need to cancel this registration and I will go ahead and make another reservation through booking .com right away. they said they could not help and they did not whether this was an employee who was having a bad day or that I wasn't helped I don't know all I know is that I deleted the booking.com app off my phone and will never use them again

AT&T Service Suspended While on Cruise

We are currently on a cruise around Iceland. Two days ago, we received a text and email from AT&T stating: “Your international and domestic data service has been suspended. This action was taken in an effort to prevent a costly bill for international data charges.Please call us at +1.314.925.6925 (24/7, a free call from your AT&T wireless phone) to review your current charges, make payment arrangements, and quickly restore your data service.Thank you for choosing AT&T.”We have attempted to contact numerous times with no luck. We either talk with a bot that doesn’t understand our questions, get caught up in a call loop as the numeric pad selections are not recognized, or simply hung up on. AllThis plus we get to pay $500+ for this “service.”So pathetic and frustrating. Avoid!!

Long battery life but no updates

I am upset that there is not an update for my 3310 to make it compatible with Apple Car Android Play. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because the last time I had to charge my 3310 was in 2004 which is quite impressive.

Worst company I have ever…

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. How they operate, charges, how they tie you in with trapping contracts and how they extract money from your account with no possibility of cancelling auto renewals is just daylight robbery! Even after canceling multiple times, they still charge you.

⚠️ Warning about Domestika! ⚠️I bought a course for $1 and one month later, $160 was charged from my account without any warning for an annual Domestika Plus subscription – a service I never knowingly signed up for and do not want.After checking my inbox, I found 14 emails from Domestika, but none of them clearly informed me about this upcoming charge. When I asked for a refund, they refused, saying I had "immediate access" to the benefits.I find this behavior unfair and unethical. I will never use Domestika Plus, and I’m sharing this experience publicly because many others have reported the same issue.‼️ Be careful what you click on – a cheap course can end up costing you a lot of money. ‼️

I was towed by better view towing on…

I was towed by better view towing on 5/23/2024. Itcwas worst I have ever been towed. The driver didn’t even know what to do. When he put the hooks on the car he couldn’t figure how to do it. He took me on a route that was ten miles out of the way. I tried to show him a different way and he refused to listen. He went on a toll road which was not the right way and when I told him he was nasty about it. I would never use this again will never recommend this company to anyone. His truck looks like it has never been cleaned since day one.

Don’t trust Lyft or their drivers

I got in the Lyft car with very, very loud rap (think that was the type) music. I have listened to rap music through most of my adult life. However, this music had vulgar and cuss words throughout every song. I asked her to turn the music down. She turned it down slightly. The rude songs continued. I asked if she would change the station. She changed the station to the same type of station - non stop vulgar music and cuss words. When I got out of the car I asked her how her other passengers handle the music. She said they just focus on where they are going. When I got out of the car I said I have a bit of advice - you should turn down the speakers in the back. Before I got back to my apartment I get a call from Lyft saying I’ve been banned from Lyft because I made a derogatory comment to the driver. I explained to them the detail of the trip. They said I could challenge my ban by sending an email. So I wrote a detail email about my trip. I also attached clips of the music she had been playing. After all this I talked to Lyft today and I am officially permanently banned. I spoke to Lyft, pushing the truth. No flexibility, permanently banned. No detail on what they think i said - it was confidential. Honestly I would never use Lyft again but I hate being accused of something I didn’t do.

Subpar cust service.

I have been a card member for 2 years with a perfect history. Recently had them heavily restrict my account and punish me unnecessarily. With their account review process they improperly calculated income and then refused to look at actual income. Have effectively damaged my credit in the process. I was wrong to believe that AMEX was a higher caliber credit card company. Will happily be switching to Discover Black card.

If I could give below zero stars I would gladly. I am sick and tired of the click bait that is being promoted by google. As an older person I am not very good with technology, and I have fallen foul of scammers getting my information and then trying to scam me! The government must know that google is allowing this?? I am so angry and frustrated that I have to write this review of google. All the stuff about cost of living payments are not true, and since I opened the site I have had emails trying to trick me into giving my bank account details!! Google should be held accountable for this fraud and I don’t know why thd government have not stepped in and put a stop to it?? Shame on you google your only interest in what you earn from all of these companies and people that are using your internet service. I hope that you are proud of yourselves.😠😠😠😠

It's fine

It's fine - the course quality is good, the price is acceptable, the android app works nicely and at least on my mobile phone, better than some of the competitors (edX, udemy, udacity, cybrary). Also, I enjoy reasonable high quality and that I can wait with the decision about whether or not I want to buy the course certificate - I enjoy that.
