I ordered a professional slushie machine two different times and both times I received nothing. All I got was messages giving the same excuse. They are good with ordering clothes, but horrible when ordering big appliances. They take your money right away, but don’t uphold their policies on deliveries.

Bought a par of earphones last year, this year they broke down, so I contacted the customer service.After talking with 3 different reps and explaining it 3 times, they asked me to send the earphones. I requested a prepaid label and they said that they could not provide it, they asked me to pay for the shipping. I then said that I didn't want to pay for the shipping as it should have been under the warranty, so the customer representative offered me a refund without sending them. After 2 weeks of not receiveing the refund, I contacted them again, had to explain the situation to 3 different reps, and the last one said that I had been given incorrect information and that now the period to return the article was closed so that they couldn't do anything for me, right in my face!So to sum up, they lied me about refunding the defective article and about allowing me to dispose of it without having to send it, then they never refunded me and when I contacted them again they said that the information I received was incorrect and that now there was nothing to be done on their side, and this even though they had lied to me and they had the chat transcripts.Avoid at all costs, they can't care less about their customers and their reps are allowed to lie without any consequence on their side, only consecuences for customers

Unacceptable customer service. I received a jacket from an online purchase and the first time I wore it I found a whole inside the jacket. When I reached out to customer service, Juan refused to remedy the situation with a replacement or refund and disconnected our conversation. I've been shopping with Zara for years but this has put such a bad taste in my mouth.... who ends a chat on a client asking for more help??!

I was worried seeing the negative reviews of patreon, i needed help with an issue about not receiving the rewards of my patreons and a weird bug with the patreon chat where i had a message notification but no message (the rewards are sent by links on the patreon chat). The support response was fast i sent it last night and the support help me with the matter this morning. The lady of the support sent me what was suppose to be in the message sent to the other patreons and helped me get my rewards super fast.

I like Dell monitors because when the monitor had a quality issue, Dell sent me a replacement BEFORE requesting the old monitor back. This is critical for me, because I am working from home on a desktop computer. I wouldn't be able to work without the monitor. If I was asked to send the monitor back before getting a new one, I would rather buy a new one instead -- I did that once. I had a ViewSonic monitor that had heavy red corners, and they required me to send the malfunctioning one back first. I had no choice but to purchase the current Dell monitor so I could continue with my job. In the future, I will not choose any monitor other than Dell.

I have never had worse customer service experience in my life. Customer service simply quit responding. My Dell is supposed to be under international warranty but local rep simply says "we have no components at this location." I sent a follow up email to order components, no reply for 3 days. Another one to use local parts I'm fine with that, no reply for 3 days. And another one saying I will escalate the ticket if rep won't respond, no reply for 3 days. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
